【摘要】：作為連續(xù)36年舉辦的世界知名馬拉松賽事,北京馬拉松賽代表了我國(guó)馬拉松賽事管理的最高水平,但是在它的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過(guò)程中仍然存在一定的不足。本文以北京馬拉松賽的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理為研究對(duì)象,以項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理為理論基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、實(shí)地考察法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法對(duì)北京馬拉松賽的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀和主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)對(duì)其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)類型的劃分以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的分析,對(duì)北京馬拉松賽的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了全面地識(shí)別。運(yùn)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析表法試圖找到北京馬拉松賽面臨的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并提出有效的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。得出的主要結(jié)論有:1導(dǎo)致北京馬拉松賽的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素主要是賽事自身獨(dú)特性帶來(lái)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素以及組織管理的復(fù)雜性帶來(lái)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素。2北京馬拉松賽的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)按優(yōu)先級(jí)依次為人員風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、組織風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、自然風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、商業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、政治風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。針對(duì)以上研究提出的建議有:結(jié)合賽事管理特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的理論研究仍需進(jìn)一步深入、加強(qiáng)賽事風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的技術(shù)和方法的開(kāi)發(fā)。為馬拉松賽事的組織者進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供參考。
[Abstract]:As a world famous marathon held for 36 consecutive years, Beijing Marathon represents the highest level of marathon management in China, but there are still some deficiencies in its risk management process. This paper takes the risk management of the Beijing Marathon as the research object, taking the project risk management as the theoretical basis, using the literature method, expert interview method, The present situation and main risks of risk management in Beijing Marathon were analyzed by field investigation and mathematical statistics. The risk of the Beijing Marathon is identified by the classification of the risk types and the analysis of the risk factors. This paper tries to find out the main risks of the Beijing Marathon by using the risk analysis table method, and puts forward some effective countermeasures. The main conclusions are as follows: 1 the main risk factors leading to the Beijing marathon are mainly the risk factors caused by the uniqueness of the event itself and the risk factors caused by the complexity of the organization and management. 2 the main risk factors of the Beijing marathon are excellent The first step is personnel risk, Organizational risk, Natural risk, Business risk, political risk. In view of the above research, some suggestions are put forward: the theoretical research on the risk is still needed to be further deepened, and the development of the technology and method of the risk management of the event should be strengthened. To provide a reference for the marathon organizers to carry out risk management.
