自我同情與運(yùn)動(dòng)員消極情緒的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:隨著體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)在的體育競(jìng)賽除了運(yùn)動(dòng)員體能和技術(shù)、戰(zhàn)術(shù)能力的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)以外,心理素質(zhì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也成為比賽過(guò)程中一個(gè)非常重要的環(huán)節(jié)。一些運(yùn)動(dòng)心理學(xué)的專家近年來(lái)一直在研究怎樣提升運(yùn)動(dòng)員應(yīng)對(duì)困難或失敗的心理能力。自我同情是一種提升自我滿意度的方式,是指當(dāng)生活出現(xiàn)困難的時(shí)候或者當(dāng)遇到挫折時(shí),善待自己,正視自己;而不是峻厲的批判和責(zé)怪自己。根據(jù)Neff提出的自我同情概念,本文應(yīng)用了侯佳捷修訂的自我同情問(wèn)卷,經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)該問(wèn)卷的信度和效度都達(dá)到了較好的水平,對(duì)高校的校隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行調(diào)查,以了解自我同情水平是否影響運(yùn)動(dòng)員產(chǎn)生的消極情緒。本文以文獻(xiàn)資料法、心理測(cè)量法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法這四種研究方法為主,以參加湖南省第十屆大學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)的高校的運(yùn)動(dòng)員為調(diào)查對(duì)象,對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員賽前、賽后和預(yù)設(shè)情境下的情緒狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,并與運(yùn)動(dòng)員個(gè)體的自我同情水平進(jìn)行了比較分析。經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)于運(yùn)動(dòng)員比賽前的消極情緒,自我同情與其呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),這也預(yù)示著,自我同情水平越高的運(yùn)動(dòng)員,在比賽之前的心理狀態(tài)會(huì)更穩(wěn)定,這對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員在競(jìng)賽中更好展示出自己的技能有很重要的影響;而在賽后,自我同情水平高的運(yùn)動(dòng)員在經(jīng)歷競(jìng)賽失敗時(shí),產(chǎn)生的消極情緒會(huì)更少,對(duì)于失敗原因的總結(jié)也更傾向歸結(jié)于自身因素,無(wú)論是訓(xùn)練還是比賽這對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員今后技能的提升或者競(jìng)賽心理狀態(tài)的提升都有非常大的幫助;而對(duì)于預(yù)設(shè)情境下給予干擾后的情緒狀態(tài),自我同情水平越高的運(yùn)動(dòng)員也表現(xiàn)出更少的負(fù)面情緒,用開放的觀點(diǎn)接受失敗。結(jié)果表明了自我同情水平高的運(yùn)動(dòng)員相較于自我同情水平低的運(yùn)動(dòng)員更容易接受自己的失敗,經(jīng)歷失敗之后也不會(huì)因此產(chǎn)生過(guò)多的消極情緒。結(jié)果顯示自我同情與運(yùn)動(dòng)員賽前、賽后以及預(yù)設(shè)情境下的消極情緒都呈現(xiàn)出顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,驗(yàn)證了研究設(shè)計(jì)中提出的假設(shè),為提高運(yùn)動(dòng)員的自我同情水平,以達(dá)到在今后的比賽和訓(xùn)練中對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員個(gè)體提供積極的心理影響提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of sports, the competition of psychological quality has become a very important link in the process of competition, besides the competition of athletes' physical ability and technique, and the competition of tactical ability. Some sports psychology experts have been studying how to improve athletes' psychological ability to cope with difficulties or failures in recent years. Self-pity is a way to improve self-satisfaction. It means treating yourself well when life is difficult or when you encounter setbacks, rather than criticizing and blaming yourself. According to the concept of self-pity put forward by Neff, this paper applies the self-pity questionnaire revised by Hou Jiagate. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire have reached a good level. To understand whether the level of self-compassion affects the negative emotions of athletes. In this paper, the four research methods of literature, psychological measurement, data statistics and logic analysis are used as the main research methods, and the athletes of colleges and universities participating in the 10th University Games of Hunan Province are taken as the objects of investigation, and the athletes are investigated before the competition. The emotional state in postmatch and preset situation was investigated and compared with the level of individual self-sympathy. Through investigation and data analysis, it was found that there was a significant negative correlation between self-pity and negative emotion before competition, which also indicated that the higher the level of self-pity, the more stable the psychological state before the competition. This has a significant impact on the athletes' ability to better demonstrate their skills in the competition; after the competition, athletes with high levels of self-compassion experience less negative emotions when they fail in the competition. The summary of the reasons for failure is also more apt to be attributed to their own factors, whether training or competition, which will help athletes improve their skills in the future or improve their psychological state of competition. The athletes with higher level of self-sympathy also showed less negative emotion and accepted failure from an open perspective. The results show that athletes with high level of self-pity are more likely to accept their own failure than those with low level of self-pity and will not produce too much negative emotion after experiencing failure. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between self-pity and negative emotion before, after, and in the preset situation, which verified the hypothesis proposed in the research design, in order to improve the level of self-pity of athletes. In order to provide the theoretical basis for the positive psychological influence of athletes in the future competition and training.
