社會轉(zhuǎn)型期非奧運項目競爭優(yōu)勢與發(fā)展路徑研究

【摘要】:“奧運戰(zhàn)略”讓中國競技體育近年來發(fā)展神速,但是在體制之外的非奧運項目卻仍然艱難地尋求自我發(fā)展的途徑,始終得不到國家和地方的足夠重視。在長期的社會實踐中,人們在參與非奧運項目的同時,往往忽略其獨特的文化魅力,并且沒有深層次的去了解它,更缺乏對其價值的研究。因此,實現(xiàn)非奧運項目社會化轉(zhuǎn)型是當(dāng)下符合我國國情和文化背景的發(fā)展路徑,據(jù)此提出改變組織形式、吸收社會層面資金與推進產(chǎn)業(yè)化進程的三大舉措,以改善現(xiàn)存的不足之處與依賴性。同時從賽事、高校、社區(qū)三個主要維度進行概括,探索出多元發(fā)展路徑,進而推動我國非奧運項目的普及。此外,非奧運項目社會文化價值的實現(xiàn)對我國體育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展起到重要的借鑒作用,對體育領(lǐng)域的深入探討具有不可估量的研究價值。研究同時認為,通過賽事、與全民健身相結(jié)合、走社會化道路以及與傳媒合作是有效彌補短板的措施,對非奧運項目的健康發(fā)展具有不可估量的意義。本文試圖以非奧運項目的競爭優(yōu)勢為突破口,通過文獻資料法、邏輯分析法、專家訪談法對社會轉(zhuǎn)型期非奧運項目的競爭優(yōu)勢與發(fā)展路徑進行研究,并以《全民健身計劃綱要》與國家“十二五”規(guī)劃的頒布與實施為契機,解析非奧運項目的文化與社會價值,同時走特色發(fā)展之路,理清其文化發(fā)展脈絡(luò),推動我國非奧運項目從文化自覺走向文化自信,促進我國非奧運項目內(nèi)在價值的實現(xiàn)。誠然,非奧運項目的發(fā)展廣度是反映一個國家體育綜合競爭力的重要指標,更是帶動全民健身、拉動經(jīng)濟增長的有力手段,為了使我國群眾體育事業(yè)取得跨越式發(fā)展,非奧運項目無疑是最有效的手段之一。隨著社會必要勞動時間的縮短,人們閑暇時間不斷增多,客觀上為非奧運項目的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了條件,使其成為人們享受生活、提高生活質(zhì)量的重要內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:The "Olympic Strategy" has made Chinese competitive sports develop rapidly in recent years, but the non-Olympic events outside the system are still struggling to find a way to develop themselves, which has never been paid enough attention to by the country and the local government. In the long-term social practice, people often ignore its unique cultural charm while participating in non-Olympic events, and do not have a deep understanding of it, more lack of research on its value. Therefore, to realize the socialization transformation of non-Olympic events is the current development path in line with the national conditions and cultural background of our country. Based on this, three major measures are put forward to change the organizational form, absorb the social level funds and promote the industrialization process. To improve the existing deficiencies and dependence. At the same time, from the competition, university, community three main dimensions to summarize, explore the multi-development path, and then promote the popularization of non-Olympic events in China. In addition, the realization of social and cultural value of non-Olympic events plays an important role in the sustainable development of sports in China. At the same time, it is believed that the combination of sports events, national fitness, socialized road and cooperation with the media are effective measures to make up for the short board, which is of inestimable significance to the healthy development of non-Olympic events. This paper attempts to take the competitive advantage of non-Olympic events as the breakthrough point, through the methods of literature, logic analysis and expert interviews, to study the competitive advantage and development path of non-Olympic events in the social transition period. Taking the "outline of National Fitness Program" and the promulgation and implementation of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" as the turning point, this paper analyzes the cultural and social values of non-Olympic events, takes the road of characteristic development, and clarifies the context of cultural development. To promote the non-Olympic events in our country from cultural consciousness to cultural self-confidence, to promote the realization of the intrinsic value of non-Olympic events in China. It is true that the breadth of the development of non-Olympic events is an important indicator reflecting the comprehensive competitiveness of a country's sports, and it is also a powerful means to promote national fitness and economic growth, in order to make the mass sports cause of our country achieve leapfrog development. Non-Olympic events are undoubtedly one of the most effective means. With the shortening of the necessary working time and the increasing of leisure time, it has created conditions for the development of non-Olympic events objectively, making it an important content for people to enjoy life and improve the quality of life.
