【摘要】：2008年北京成功舉辦奧運會后,又一輪全民健身熱潮逐漸形成,隨著人們對自身健康的重視,休閑健身手段趨于多樣化,休閑社會時代已經來臨。戶外運動作為一種新興的休閑方式,日益為國人所重視,參與人群日益多樣化,參與方式漸趨常態(tài)化,這與我國經濟社會發(fā)展迅速,人民生活水平不斷提高,精神生活要求多元化有著密切的關系。隨著全民健身運動的不斷開展,人們也越來越注重身體健康,通過親近大自然的方式,改善和拓展當前鍛煉的環(huán)境,以提高鍛煉的品質,因此,具有休閑、娛樂、競技于一體的戶外運動就為人們所矚目。西藏作為天然的戶外運動場所,也為越來越多的人士所關注,但由于發(fā)展水平有限,阻滯了戶外運動的長足發(fā)展。通過實地調研、從業(yè)人員和參與人員的問卷調查,以及專家訪談等多種研究方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)西藏現(xiàn)有戶外運動存在著發(fā)展不平衡、區(qū)位規(guī)劃不合理、賽事組織規(guī)模偏小、相關服務水平欠缺等問題,遠遠不能滿足戶外運動發(fā)展的需求,究其原因,在于對戶外運動的認知不足,相關政策不明確,產業(yè)發(fā)展意識有待提高。針對這一現(xiàn)狀,本文提出的對策包括:第一,通過健全、完善相關政策法規(guī)及行業(yè)規(guī)范促進戶外運動的良性發(fā)展;第二,通過借鑒、學習相鄰省區(qū)戶外運動的發(fā)展經驗開展適合西藏地區(qū)的戶外運動項目;第三,借助援藏發(fā)達地區(qū)的體育文化理念提升從業(yè)人員的職業(yè)素養(yǎng);第四,發(fā)揮新媒體的高效傳播功能擴大西藏戶外運動的影響力;第五,提高和改進戶外運動相關附著功能;第六,以戶外運動作為傳播西藏獨特區(qū)域民族文化的平臺。
[Abstract]:After Beijing successfully hosted the Olympic Games in 2008, another round of national fitness boom gradually formed. With the attention of people to their own health, leisure fitness means tend to be diversified, leisure society has come to an era. Outdoor sports, as a new way of leisure, are paid more and more attention to by the people of our country day by day, the people participating in it are becoming more and more diversified, and the participation mode is becoming more and more regular. This is in line with the rapid development of our country's economy and society, and the improvement of people's living standards. The diversity of spiritual life is closely related. With the continuous development of the national fitness campaign, people also pay more and more attention to physical health, through close to nature, improve and expand the current exercise environment, in order to improve the quality of exercise, therefore, with leisure, entertainment, The outdoor sport that competes in one body is paid attention to by people. Tibet, as a natural outdoor sports place, is also concerned by more and more people, but due to the limited development level, it has hindered the rapid development of outdoor sports. Through field research, questionnaire surveys among practitioners and participants, and expert interviews, it is found that there is imbalance in the development of outdoor sports in Tibet, unreasonable location planning, and small scale of events organization. The lack of related service level is far from meeting the needs of outdoor sports development. The reason lies in the lack of awareness of outdoor sports, the lack of clear related policies, and the need to improve the awareness of industrial development. In view of this situation, the countermeasures put forward in this paper include: first, to promote the sound development of outdoor sports by improving the relevant policies, regulations and industry norms; second, through reference, Learning from the development experience of outdoor sports in neighboring provinces and regions and carrying out outdoor sports projects suitable for Tibet; third, promoting the professional literacy of practitioners with the help of the sports cultural concept in developed areas of Tibet; fourth, Give full play to the effective communication function of new media to expand the influence of Tibetan outdoor sports; fifthly, improve and improve the attachment function of outdoor sports; sixth, take outdoor sports as the platform to spread the unique regional ethnic culture in Tibet.
