【摘要】：隨著旅游發(fā)展的多元化、高速公路通達(dá)性日趨成熟及居民旅游需求的變化,自駕游越來越呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展的態(tài)勢(shì)。但自駕游過程中存在一定風(fēng)險(xiǎn),對(duì)居民人身、財(cái)產(chǎn)帶來一定安全隱患。鑒于此,借鑒行為學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)及心理學(xué)相關(guān)理論,從六個(gè)維度、22個(gè)屬性出發(fā),構(gòu)建了居民自駕游風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知定量評(píng)價(jià)體系及評(píng)價(jià)模型;并通過問卷調(diào)查厘清居民對(duì)自駕游活動(dòng)的心理感受和認(rèn)識(shí),分析了不同因素對(duì)自駕游者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知的影響,以期了解居民自駕游風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知現(xiàn)狀。研究結(jié)果可為旅游業(yè)進(jìn)一步規(guī)范自駕游旅游市場(chǎng)提供理論參考,同時(shí)為新興的旅游業(yè)態(tài)研究提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the diversification of tourism development, highway accessibility is becoming more and more mature and residents' tourism demand changes, self-driving travel is showing a trend of vigorous development. However, there are certain risks in the process of self-driving travel, which brings some security risks to residents' personal and property. In view of this, using the theory of behavior, statistics and psychology, starting from six dimensions and 22 attributes, this paper constructs a quantitative evaluation system and evaluation model of residents' self-driving risk cognition. And through the questionnaire survey to clarify the residents' psychological feelings and understanding of self-driving activities, analyzed the different factors on the risk cognition of self-driving tourists, in order to understand the current situation of residents' self-driving travel risk cognition. The results can provide a theoretical reference for the tourism industry to further regulate the tourism market, and provide a basis for the study of the new tourism industry.
