網(wǎng)球拍減震器對正手擊球效果與持拍手臂沖擊載荷的影響

【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)球熱風(fēng)靡世界各個(gè)角落,尤其是存李娜奪得法國網(wǎng)球公開賽冠軍、澳大利亞網(wǎng)球公開賽冠軍后,網(wǎng)球風(fēng)潮席卷了中國的每一個(gè)角落。很多運(yùn)動員和網(wǎng)球愛好者由于早期運(yùn)動訓(xùn)練上的不合理或者技術(shù)的錯(cuò)誤,產(chǎn)生了各種各樣的損傷。其中最常見的肽骨外上髁炎,有人指出擊球時(shí)產(chǎn)生的震動是導(dǎo)致肘關(guān)節(jié)致病的一種不可忽視的因素,,比如使用沒有減震器的球拍就對手臂的震動非常強(qiáng)烈,容易導(dǎo)致網(wǎng)球肘。另有研究者提出減震器會減少擊球時(shí)的振動,但是卻會影響運(yùn)動員的手感,有可能不利于比賽的成績。因此,本研究通過采用Trigno無線肌電采集系統(tǒng)、YSV動態(tài)信號采集系統(tǒng)、YSV動態(tài)應(yīng)變儀、應(yīng)變槍,參照ITN國際網(wǎng)球等級測試的精度技術(shù),對北京體育大學(xué)網(wǎng)球?qū)m?xiàng)的15名二級運(yùn)動員,使用不同位置減震器的球捫進(jìn)行正手擊球,觀察和分析減震器靠上、靠下和不佩戴減震器的球拍,在與擊球的效果、碰撞頻率、球拍的應(yīng)力變化、擊球中肌肉的肌電放電時(shí)間、均方根值之間的關(guān)系上,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集和分析。通過研究得出以下結(jié)論:1、減震器有無不會對網(wǎng)球正手擊球的擊球效果產(chǎn)生影響;主要表現(xiàn)在球速和擊球控制上。2、減震器位援不同并不會對正手擊球時(shí),垂直于球拍的加速度產(chǎn)生影響;也不會對球拍產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)變力產(chǎn)生顯著的變化;便可以減少擊球時(shí)球捫振動頻率并且呈顯著性的減少。3、由于安置減震器的原因在正手擊球時(shí),肱橈肌、橈側(cè)腕屈肌、旋前圓肌、指伸肌的放電時(shí)間均比持無減震器的球拍進(jìn)行正手擊球的放電時(shí)間長,且呈顯著性的差異。且旋前囡肌的均方根值RMS值呈顯著性的增加,說明肌肉預(yù)激活放電減少了沖擊力作用在肘關(guān)節(jié)的載荷。因此,減震器能減少正手擊球時(shí)對前臂的載荷。希望本實(shí)驗(yàn)的研究數(shù)據(jù)能對網(wǎng)球愛好者及運(yùn)動員在減震器的選擇上提供一些有利的建議與幫助。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of tennis in every corner of the world, especially the Li Na to win the French Open title, the Australian Open Championship, tennis tide swept through every corner of China. Many athletes and tennis lovers have suffered various injuries due to unreasonable or technical errors in early sports training. One of the most common polypeptide epicondylitis, some people point out that the impact of vibration is a cause of elbow joint disease can not be ignored, such as the use of a racket without shock absorbers on the arm vibration is very strong, easy to cause tennis elbow. Other researchers suggest that the shock absorber will reduce the vibration of the batting, but will affect the player's feel, which may be detrimental to the performance of the game. Therefore, by using Trigno wireless electromyoelectric acquisition system, dynamic signal acquisition system, dynamic strain gauge and strain gun, and referring to the precision technology of ITN international tennis grade test, 15 second-level athletes in Beijing University of physical Education tennis were studied. Using different positions of shock absorber to make forehand batting, observe and analyze the effect of hitting, the frequency of collision, the stress change of racket, the time of myoelectric discharge of muscle in batting, the racket with shock absorber up, down and without shock absorber, and the effect of hitting, the frequency of collision, the stress change of racket, and the time of electromyography of the muscle in batting. The relationship between root mean square value, data acquisition and analysis. By studying the following conclusions: 1, whether the shock absorber has no effect on the batting effect of the tennis forehand is mainly manifested in the speed and control of the ball, when the shock absorber does not hit the forehand with different aid. The acceleration perpendicular to the racket has an effect; nor does it make a significant change in the strain produced by the racket; it reduces the frequency of the ball's palpable vibration when hitting the ball and has a significant decrease of .3. because of the installation of the shock absorber, when hitting the ball in the forehand, The discharge time of brachioradialis muscle, flexor Carpi radialis muscle, flexor digitorum muscle and extensor digitorum muscle was longer than that of the racquet without shock absorber, and the difference was significant. The root-mean-square value (RMS) of the pronator muscle increased significantly, which indicated that the preactivation of muscle decreased the load of the elbow joint. Therefore, the shock absorber reduces the load on the forearm when hitting the forehand. It is hoped that the experimental data can provide some beneficial suggestions and help for tennis fans and athletes in the selection of shock absorbers.
