【摘要】：拳種是武術的本體,深化拳種研究是探究武學的必由之路。本研究以形意拳為個案,旨在探究其渾圓力的文化生產歷程,為武術研究探索新路徑。形意拳被稱為三大內家拳之一,理論、技術體系發(fā)展都較為完善。而渾圓力作為形意拳的文化個性,旨在通過全身協(xié)調令所發(fā)之力達到最大化,這也是各個拳種共同追求的目標。心意六合拳、意拳、形意拳等,雖一脈相承,但三者在渾圓力的認識、訓練方式、表現(xiàn)形式上迥異。本研究采用文獻綜述法、分析歸納法等,對上述三者進行了技、藝、理的考據(jù),研究得出:六合理論是形意拳拳種傳承的重要理論指導,是形意拳渾圓力形成的關鍵性訓練方法。形意拳不同階段訓練體系有所區(qū)別,明勁訓練階段以肢體協(xié)調性為訓練核心;暗勁階段以身心相互協(xié)調配合為訓練核心;化勁階段以天人合一為追求目標。形意拳歷代傳承人對渾圓力的不同理解,推進了形意拳技術、理論的創(chuàng)新與完善。傳承人對形體與意識的不同認知,帶來了心意六合拳的誕生并促進了意拳的發(fā)展。心意六合拳之渾圓力表現(xiàn)為整體的縮漲,形意拳渾圓力表現(xiàn)為螺旋擰轉的爆炸力,意拳渾圓力表現(xiàn)為對全身肌肉的整體發(fā)動能力。
[Abstract]:Boxing is the Noumenon of martial arts, and deepening the study of boxing is the only way to explore martial arts. The purpose of this study is to explore its cultural production process and explore a new way for the study of Wushu. Form and will boxing is called one of the three inner boxing, theory, technology system development is relatively perfect. As the cultural personality of the form and will fist, the round force aims to maximize the power through the coordination of the whole body, which is also the common goal of each boxing. Although the mind Liuhe Quan, Yiquan, shape and will Quan, etc., are closely related, their understanding, training methods and forms of expression are very different from each other. This study uses literature review method, analysis induction and so on, has carried on the technique, the art, the rationale textual research to the above three, the research has obtained: the six heats theory is the shape will boxing important theory instruction, It is the key training method to form the round force. The training system is different in different stages, the body coordination is the core in the Ming Jin training stage, the body and mind coordination is the training core in the hidden strength stage, and the unity of nature and man is the pursuit of the goal. The different understanding of roundness in the past dynasties has pushed forward the innovation and perfection of the technology and theory of shape and will boxing. The different cognition of body and consciousness brought about the birth of Luhe Quan and promoted the development of Yiquan. The roundness of the mind Liuhe fist is the whole contraction, the shape and meaning fist round force is the explosive force of spiral twist, and the Italian fist round force is the overall ability of launching the whole body muscle.
