【摘要】：運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料等方法,建構(gòu)競(jìng)技體育后備人才人文素質(zhì)"1234"教育路徑,即一個(gè)理念:樹立"先成人再成才""先育人再奪標(biāo)"的競(jìng)技體育人才培養(yǎng)觀;兩種聯(lián)動(dòng):使文化教學(xué)與運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練良性聯(lián)動(dòng),文化教師與運(yùn)動(dòng)教練良性聯(lián)動(dòng);三類體系:建立人文素質(zhì)教育目標(biāo)體系、內(nèi)容體系及實(shí)施體系;四項(xiàng)建設(shè):做好師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、校本課程建設(shè)、培養(yǎng)環(huán)境建設(shè)、評(píng)價(jià)體系建設(shè),旨在促進(jìn)競(jìng)技體育可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:By means of literature and other methods, this paper constructs the "1234" educational path of the humanistic quality of competitive sports reserve talents, that is, an idea: to establish the concept of cultivating competitive sports talents "first adult and then become talent", "first to educate people and then to win the standard"; Two kinds of linkage: make culture teaching and sports training benign linkage, culture teacher and sports coach good linkage; three systems: establish humanistic quality education target system, content system and implementation system; four construction: do a good job in the construction of teachers, The aim of this paper is to promote the sustainable development of competitive sports through the construction of school-based curriculum, the construction of training environment and the construction of evaluation system.
