標(biāo)槍技術(shù)教學(xué)中加強(qiáng)學(xué)生自我反饋的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著教學(xué)改革的不斷深入和發(fā)展,教學(xué)方法的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展也呈現(xiàn)蓬勃發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。很多具有時(shí)代特征的、符合時(shí)代教育發(fā)展要求的教學(xué)方法不斷應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐教學(xué)中,并取得了良好的教學(xué)效果,提高了教學(xué)質(zhì)量和效率。反饋教學(xué)法就是創(chuàng)新的重要教學(xué)方法之一。它是在系統(tǒng)論、信息論、控制論的基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)信息反饋使教師和學(xué)生的教與學(xué)之間的師生關(guān)系處于和諧、融洽的氛圍之下,以發(fā)展學(xué)生自我學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)和應(yīng)用能力為根本目的。在反饋教學(xué)法中,自我反饋是最為重要的反饋方法之一,學(xué)生接收、儲(chǔ)存教師的教學(xué)信息,并將接收、儲(chǔ)存的教學(xué)信息進(jìn)行演練和自我評(píng)價(jià),進(jìn)而使學(xué)生更好地掌握運(yùn)動(dòng)知識(shí)和動(dòng)作技術(shù)。本研究通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)法以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法總結(jié)反饋對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)的影響機(jī)制,分析自我反饋與教師反饋兩種反饋方式的不同,及其在運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中的不同作用,重點(diǎn)研究加強(qiáng)自我反饋對(duì)標(biāo)槍技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)的影響,并選取學(xué)生進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。依據(jù)研究目的及意義將實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組采取加強(qiáng)自我反饋教學(xué)方式進(jìn)行教學(xué),對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)教師反饋教學(xué)方式進(jìn)行教學(xué)。實(shí)驗(yàn)各階段結(jié)束后,對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組分別進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)成績(jī)測(cè)試,對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,以驗(yàn)證加強(qiáng)自我反饋對(duì)標(biāo)槍技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)影響的程度。通過(guò)研究分析得出結(jié)論如下:1.從教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)最終的成績(jī)上來(lái)看,加強(qiáng)自我反饋的方式比單純采用教師反饋方式對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù)教學(xué)的效果好。2.自我反饋教學(xué)作為實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)過(guò)程及教學(xué)效果優(yōu)化的一種手段,可以提高學(xué)生分析問(wèn)題的能力,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生參與教學(xué)活動(dòng)的意識(shí),有利于學(xué)生創(chuàng)造性思維的發(fā)展,提高了教學(xué)效率,便于學(xué)生掌握技能技巧,改善教學(xué)實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)。3.研究教師反饋和自我反饋的關(guān)系,有利于在學(xué)習(xí)中科學(xué)安排反饋的內(nèi)容和形式,適應(yīng)練習(xí)者的心理特點(diǎn)和運(yùn)動(dòng)技能形成規(guī)律,以實(shí)現(xiàn)體育教學(xué)效率的最大化。
[Abstract]:With the deepening and development of teaching reform, the innovation and development of teaching methods are also showing a vigorous development trend. Many teaching methods which have the characteristics of the times and meet the requirements of the development of education of the times have been continuously applied in practical teaching, and good teaching results have been obtained, and the teaching quality and efficiency have been improved. Feedback teaching method is one of the most important teaching methods. On the basis of system theory, information theory and cybernetics, it makes the teacher-student relationship between teacher and student in harmony and harmonious atmosphere through information feedback, with the aim of developing students' self-learning knowledge and application ability. In the feedback teaching method, self-feedback is one of the most important feedback methods. Students receive and store the teacher's teaching information, and practice and self-evaluate the received and stored teaching information. So that students can better grasp sports knowledge and action skills. Through the methods of literature, expert interview, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics, this study summarizes the influence mechanism of feedback on sports technology learning, and analyzes the difference between self-feedback and teacher feedback. This paper focuses on the influence of self-feedback on javelin learning, and selects students for experimental study. According to the purpose and significance of the study, the experimental subjects were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group adopted the method of strengthening self-feedback teaching and the control group adopted the traditional teaching method of teacher feedback. At the end of each stage of the experiment, the control group and the experimental group carried on the sports achievement test separately, carries on the contrast analysis to the test result, in order to verify the enhancement self-feedback to the javelin technical study influence degree. Through the analysis of the study, the conclusion is as follows: 1. From the point of view of the final results of teaching experiment, the effect of strengthening self-feedback is better than that of using teacher feedback only. 2. Self-feedback teaching, as a means to realize the optimization of teaching process and teaching effect, can improve students' ability to analyze problems, enhance students' awareness of participating in teaching activities, help students to develop creative thinking and improve teaching efficiency. It is convenient for students to master skill skills and improve teaching practice. The study of the relationship between teacher feedback and self-feedback is conducive to arranging the content and form of feedback scientifically, adapting to the psychological characteristics of the practitioner and the formation law of motor skills, so as to maximize the efficiency of physical education teaching.
