“快易網(wǎng)球”教學(xué)法在少年兒童階段的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著網(wǎng)球人口的迅猛增加,原有的教學(xué)模式在網(wǎng)球人口的增加和對(duì)網(wǎng)球教學(xué)質(zhì)量的要求上已經(jīng)不能滿(mǎn)足需要了?煲拙W(wǎng)球的概念在2007年被國(guó)際網(wǎng)球聯(lián)合會(huì)首先提出來(lái),這是一項(xiàng)新的研究成果,其主要就是為了穩(wěn)定網(wǎng)球人口特別是防止初學(xué)者容易放棄鍛煉為主要目的?煲拙W(wǎng)球訓(xùn)練方法可以讓初學(xué)者們迅速的、有效的接受網(wǎng)球的基本的技術(shù)技能,這是一種區(qū)別傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式的一種全新模式,符合新世紀(jì)特點(diǎn)下的一種教學(xué)方法,確保了網(wǎng)球教學(xué)的效果,易于實(shí)現(xiàn)所設(shè)定的教學(xué)目標(biāo)。為了讓孩子更好的健康發(fā)展和培養(yǎng)孩子頑強(qiáng)拼搏的精神,更多的家長(zhǎng)選擇讓孩子練習(xí)網(wǎng)球,孩子們的參與程度也是愈加的強(qiáng)烈,尤其是在周末或者是假期的時(shí)候家長(zhǎng)愿意把孩子送到俱樂(lè)部進(jìn)行短暫的訓(xùn)練以增加孩子的興趣和技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平。網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)不僅能夠提升少年兒童的身體素質(zhì),而且可以讓少年兒童掌握一項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能,如果發(fā)展的好可以利用網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)少年兒童終生體育的目的。正是在這樣的背景下,快易網(wǎng)球的訓(xùn)練新模式在少年兒童網(wǎng)球訓(xùn)練中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)照法、數(shù)理分析法等研究方法對(duì)網(wǎng)球的快易教學(xué)方法進(jìn)行全方位的研究。以商丘市奧園網(wǎng)球俱樂(lè)部2015屆參加訓(xùn)練的兒童為主要的研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)比以及其他方法綜合應(yīng)用得到了以下的結(jié)論:第一,快易網(wǎng)球的教學(xué)模式可以有效的促進(jìn)少年兒童的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,并通過(guò)短暫的學(xué)習(xí)可以獲得濃厚的興趣;第二,快易網(wǎng)球教學(xué)模式符合新世紀(jì)少年兒童的心理特點(diǎn),可以在最大的程度上提升教學(xué)質(zhì)量,提升課堂上師生的雙邊互動(dòng);第三,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)可以發(fā)現(xiàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)組在通過(guò)快易網(wǎng)球訓(xùn)練后可以在短暫的時(shí)間內(nèi)掌握網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù),提高了學(xué)習(xí)的效果;第四,通過(guò)最終的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的采集可以發(fā)現(xiàn),在擺臂引拍,迎球揮拍,隨勢(shì)揮拍等技術(shù)動(dòng)作的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)上可以看出和對(duì)照組有比較明顯的差異;第五,通過(guò)教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)可以發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)組在各項(xiàng)基本技術(shù)的掌握上都明顯的好于參照組。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid increase of tennis population, the original teaching mode has been unable to meet the needs of the increase of tennis population and the requirement of tennis teaching quality. The concept of fast tennis was first put forward by the International Tennis Federation in 2007. It is a new research result, which is mainly aimed at stabilizing the tennis population, especially preventing beginners from giving up exercise easily. The fast and easy tennis training method allows beginners to quickly and effectively accept the basic technical skills of tennis, which is a completely new model that distinguishes the traditional teaching mode and conforms to the characteristics of the new century. Ensure the effect of tennis teaching, easy to achieve the set teaching goals. In order to make the children better healthy development and cultivate the children's tenacious fighting spirit, more parents choose to let their children practice tennis, and the children's participation is becoming more and more intense. Especially during weekends and holidays, parents are willing to send their children to clubs for short training to increase their interest and skills. Tennis can not only improve the physical quality of children, but also enable children to master a sports skills, if the development of good can use tennis to achieve the purpose of lifelong sports for children. It is under this background that the new training model of fast tennis is widely used in children's tennis training. This article mainly uses the literature method, the experiment contrast method, the mathematical analysis method and so on research method carries on the omni-directional research to the tennis quick and easy teaching method. Taking the children who took part in the training of the 2015 Aoyuan Tennis Club of Shangqiu City as the main research object, the following conclusions are obtained through the experimental comparison and other comprehensive application: first, The teaching model of fast tennis can effectively promote the enthusiasm of children to learn, and through a short period of study can get strong interest. Second, the teaching mode of fast tennis matches the psychological characteristics of children in the new century. Can improve the teaching quality to the greatest extent, enhance the bilateral interaction between teachers and students in the classroom. Thirdly, through the experiment, we can find that the experimental group can master the tennis skills in a short time after passing through the fast tennis training. Fourth, through the final experimental data collection, we can find that there are obvious differences between the control group and the swing arm swing, the swing with the ball, the swing with the potential, and other technical action standards; fifth, we can find that there are significant differences between the control group and the control group in the swing arm swing, the welcome ball swing, the swing with the potential swing and so on. Through the teaching experiment, we can find that the experimental group is better than the reference group in mastering the basic technology.
