【摘要】:本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪問調(diào)查法和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法等,對樂清市11個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)35所中等規(guī)模普通中學(xué)初中年級的學(xué)生、體育教師及部分領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就學(xué)校體育教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀及問題進(jìn)行了調(diào)查與分析,并針對鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)初中體育教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀對初中教學(xué)的影響和存在的問題提出了可行性建議,旨在引起各界對此問題的重視。對推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)體育教育的發(fā)展、促進(jìn)初中體育教學(xué)的改革和開展與普及體育教師的繼續(xù)教育具有一定的理論與實(shí)踐的借鑒意義。 通過設(shè)計(jì)問卷調(diào)查對樂清市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)初中體育教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行一次直觀的呈現(xiàn),并著重對比城區(qū)初中與鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)初中體育教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀。由此發(fā)現(xiàn),樂清市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)初中存在這樣幾個(gè)顯著問題:鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)初中體育教師隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,不夠穩(wěn)定,教學(xué)水平一般。二、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)初中體育教師的工作量普遍較大,工作性質(zhì)與效果也得不到充分肯定,體育教師對自身的認(rèn)同感不強(qiáng),造成體育教師的教學(xué)態(tài)度不夠認(rèn)真,創(chuàng)新意識不強(qiáng),新技能運(yùn)用不熟練。三、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)學(xué)校體育鍛煉場地缺失,參加課余體育鍛煉的人數(shù)、次數(shù)不容樂觀。四、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)初中體育經(jīng)費(fèi)以學(xué)校自籌為主,學(xué)校體育經(jīng)費(fèi)無法從制度上得到保障,體育場地、器材、經(jīng)費(fèi)嚴(yán)重不足。五、社會、學(xué)校、家長還未完全樹立人的全面素質(zhì)觀念,分?jǐn)?shù)為先的觀念未曾改變,對學(xué)生參加體育活動與掌握體育活動能力的重要性認(rèn)識不足。同時(shí),調(diào)查還發(fā)現(xiàn),學(xué)生對體育的興趣與校長、教師、家長的重視程度相互關(guān)聯(lián)。 筆者針對樂清市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)初中體育教學(xué)存在的問題提出解決的策略:提高認(rèn)識,特別是學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)要認(rèn)識到體育對學(xué)生教育的重要作用,提高體育教師的認(rèn)同感;明確體育教育的意義,讓各界都能認(rèn)識到體育教育對學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)和意志品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)的重要作用;改進(jìn)與落實(shí)經(jīng)費(fèi)投入機(jī)制,改善鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)體育設(shè)施陳舊的問題;完善教師培訓(xùn)機(jī)制,增強(qiáng)體育教師的理論和技能水平。本文圍繞樂清市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)初中體育教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)地分析和梳理,力求為體育教學(xué)的發(fā)展提供有力的幫助。
[Abstract]:Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and statistics, this paper deals with the junior middle school students in 35 middle schools in 11 towns of Yueqing. The present situation and problems of physical education teaching in schools are investigated and analyzed by physical education teachers and some leaders, and some feasible suggestions are put forward in view of the influence of the present situation of physical education teaching in township junior middle schools on junior middle school teaching and the existing problems. The aim is to draw attention to this problem from all walks of life. It is of theoretical and practical significance to promote the development of physical education in villages and towns, to promote the reform of physical education in junior high school and to develop and popularize the continuing education of physical education teachers. The present situation of junior middle school physical education in villages and towns in Yueqing city is presented by designing questionnaire, and the present situation of junior middle school physical education in urban area is compared with that in township junior middle school. It is found that there are some obvious problems in the township junior middle school in Yueqing: the structure of the physical education teachers in the township junior middle school is unreasonable, not stable enough, and the teaching level is general. Second, the workload of physical education teachers in township junior middle schools is generally large, the nature and effect of their work are not fully affirmed, the sense of identity of physical education teachers is not strong, the teaching attitude of physical education teachers is not serious enough, and the sense of innovation is not strong. The use of new skills is not proficient. Third, the absence of physical training sites in township schools, the number of people participating in extracurricular physical exercise, the number of times is not optimistic. Fourth, the township junior middle school sports funds mainly by the school self-financing, the school sports funds cannot be guaranteed from the system, the sports ground, the equipment, the fund is seriously insufficient. Fifth, society, school and parents have not fully established the concept of overall quality of human beings, the concept of score first has not changed, the importance of students to participate in sports activities and master the ability of sports is not enough. At the same time, the investigation also found that students' interest in sports is related to the importance of principals, teachers and parents. The author puts forward some strategies to solve the problems in the physical education of township junior middle school in Yueqing: to raise the awareness, especially for the school leaders to realize the important role of physical education to students' education, and to improve the identity of the physical education teachers; Make clear the significance of physical education, let all walks of life realize the important role of physical education to the cultivation of students' physical quality and will quality, improve and implement the fund investment mechanism, improve the old sports facilities in the township area. Improve teacher training mechanism and strengthen the theory and skill level of PE teachers. This paper systematically analyzes and combs the present situation of physical education in township junior middle schools in Yueqing in order to provide powerful help for the development of physical education.
