甘肅省高校乒乓球選項課教學優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:乒乓球被人們譽為我國的“國球”,在我國有很好的群眾基礎,也是我國最普及的一項體育運動項目,深受廣大高校學生的喜愛。隨著我國教學改革的不斷深入,普通高校教學規(guī)模的不斷擴大,大量的經(jīng)費主要用于校園建設和學生管理方面,在高校教學的實施過程中出現(xiàn)了新問題。本研究主要針對高校擴招后出現(xiàn)的新問題,運用教學優(yōu)化法和穆建英老師發(fā)明的“簡易乒乓球臺”(專利號:ZL 01230985.0),這一教學輔助器材進行實驗研究和探索,在現(xiàn)有的客觀教學環(huán)境中,使教學場地、器材的利用率達到最大優(yōu)化;通過投入最小的教學成本,為選項課的教學過程提供一種優(yōu)化思路;為教學方法的創(chuàng)新尋找突破口,實現(xiàn)教學過程的最優(yōu)化;為高校乒乓球選修課持續(xù)和健康的發(fā)展提供參考依據(jù)。本研究運用文獻資料法,調查問卷法和教學實驗法等方法,對甘肅省高校乒乓球選項課的現(xiàn)狀進行了調研,采取了優(yōu)化場地的實驗研究,優(yōu)化投入資金的實驗和優(yōu)化教學方法三方面進行了研究,通過本次實驗研究結果表明:1.從甘肅省普通高校乒乓球選項課的現(xiàn)狀來看,場地、器材等一些硬件設施是阻礙上好乒乓球選項課的主要制約因素。教師可支配球臺的數(shù)量依然很少,大學生對乒乓球場地的滿意度并不太高,學生參與乒乓球的方式比較多,教學存在不足,不利因素和制約因素較多,從教學內(nèi)容和教學方法上更趨向于傳統(tǒng)的教法。2.通過對穆建英老師發(fā)明的“簡易乒乓球臺”的合理運用,可以大大節(jié)省教學資金的投入,也可以優(yōu)化場地的利用率。3.從優(yōu)化教學手段的研究表明,運用教學優(yōu)化法進行教學,有利于學生的專項素質的提高;有利于學生掌握技術動作,對初學者有較大幫助,可以提高練習的板數(shù);有利于學生完成對技術動作的動力定型,符合普通高校大學生素質教育的要求;有利于學生身體健康發(fā)展,能有效提高了學生體育鍛煉的熱情,激發(fā)了學生課堂學習的興趣,對今后體育鍛煉習慣的養(yǎng)成有良好的影響作用。
[Abstract]:Table tennis is praised as the "national ball" in our country. It has a good mass base and is also the most popular sport in our country. It is deeply loved by college students. With the deepening of the teaching reform in our country, With the continuous expansion of teaching scale in colleges and universities, a large amount of funds are mainly used in campus construction and student management, and new problems have arisen in the course of the implementation of teaching in colleges and universities. Using the teaching optimization method and the "simple table tennis table" (patent no.: ZL01230985.0) invented by teacher Mu Jianying, this teaching auxiliary equipment has been studied and explored experimentally, and in the existing objective teaching environment, the teaching site has been made, The utilization ratio of the equipment reaches the maximum optimization; by investing the minimum teaching cost, it provides a kind of optimized thinking for the teaching process of the elective course, finds the breakthrough for the innovation of the teaching method, realizes the optimization of the teaching process. The present situation of table tennis elective courses in Gansu Province has been investigated by using the methods of literature, questionnaire and teaching experiment, which can provide a reference for the sustainable and healthy development of table tennis elective courses in colleges and universities. The experimental study of optimizing the site, the experiment of optimizing the investment and the optimization of teaching method are carried out. The result of this experiment shows that: 1.From view of the present situation of table tennis elective courses in ordinary colleges and universities in Gansu Province, the venue, Some hardware facilities, such as equipment, are the main restricting factors to get a good table tennis course. The number of teachers at the disposal of table tennis is still very small, the satisfaction of college students to table tennis is not too high, and students participate in table tennis in many ways. There are many disadvantages in teaching, many unfavorable factors and restrictive factors, which tend to the traditional teaching methods from the aspects of teaching content and teaching methods. Through the rational use of "simple table tennis table" invented by teacher Mu Jianying, It can greatly save the investment of teaching funds and optimize the utilization ratio of the site. The research of optimizing teaching means shows that the application of the method of teaching optimization is beneficial to the improvement of the students' special quality, and to the students' mastering the technical action. It is of great help to beginners, which can increase the number of plates for practice, help students to complete the dynamic shaping of technical actions, meet the requirements of quality education for college students, and be conducive to the healthy development of students. It can effectively improve the enthusiasm of students' physical exercise, stimulate students' interest in classroom learning, and have a good influence on the formation of physical exercise habits in the future.
