【摘要】：隨著社會的不斷進步,對公共體育服務滿意程度的要求越來越高。本文查詢第六次全國體育場地普查資料,收集公共體育設施服務數據,主要采用文獻資料法、專家咨詢法、問卷調查法、數理統(tǒng)計法等方法,對全國公共體育服務設施的場地規(guī)模、類型分布、開放狀況和公眾需求進行統(tǒng)計分析。主要研究結論:(1)依據第六次全國體育場地普查官方數據,分析全國公共體育設施的規(guī)模、場地類型和開放情況,我國東部地區(qū)的體育場地主要集中在公園、工礦、賓館(商場、飯店)和居住小區(qū)(街道),普及情況較好;中部地區(qū)的的體育場地數量集中在企事業(yè)機關單位;西部地區(qū)除校園外,廣場占總體育場地數量的比例高于其他兩個地區(qū)。(2)通過搜索指數收集我國公共體育設施服務的各項需求指標,結果顯示:我國公共體育設施需求主要分布在20歲到49歲之間的男性公眾;民眾對公共體育設施的需求具有一定的時效性,容易受到各種環(huán)境的影響;多數需求集中在公共體育休閑場所和小規(guī)模競技體育場所,公共體育設施的供需較為嚴重。(3)使用SPSS統(tǒng)計軟件,采用單因素方差分析等方法,對1422份調查問卷,從人口學的基本特征出發(fā),根據民眾對體育公共設施服務滿意度的差異程度進行分析。結果發(fā)現:調查對象的受教育程度、分布區(qū)域對城市基本公共體育服務滿意度的影響差異具有顯著性,而性別、收入水平對城市基本公共體育設施服務滿意度的影響沒有顯著性差異。(4)使用AMOS軟件,建立了結構方程模型。針對公共體育設施服務影響因素制定量表,提出假設模型,分區(qū)域(東部、中部和西部三大經濟區(qū)域)驗證模型,并作路徑分析。結果顯示:經濟發(fā)達的東部地區(qū)重視服務質量,中部地區(qū)和西部地區(qū)的基礎設施是影響公共體育服務的主要因素。建議:公共體育設施規(guī)劃應考慮當地的實際需求;提高各類學校體育場地的開放率;解決公共體育設施供需矛盾;提高公共體育設施服務能力。
[Abstract]:With the development of the society, the demand for the satisfaction of the public sports service is more and more high. This paper inquires 6th national sports ground census data, collects the public sports facilities service data, mainly adopts the literature method, the expert consultation method, Questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other methods are used to distribute the scale and type of public sports service facilities in China. According to the official data of the 6th National Sports Field Census, the paper analyzes the scale, the type and the opening situation of the national public sports facilities. The sports venues in eastern China are mainly concentrated in parks, industrial mines, hotels (shopping malls, hotels) and residential areas (street area, popular situation), the number of sports venues in the central region is concentrated in enterprises and institutions; Besides the campus, the proportion of square in the total number of sports venues in the western region is higher than that in the other two regions. The results show that the demand for public sports facilities in China is mainly distributed between 20 and 49 years of age, and the public demand for public sports facilities is time-sensitive and vulnerable to the influence of various environments. Most of the demand is concentrated in public sports leisure places and small-scale competitive sports venues. The supply and demand of public sports facilities are more serious. The use of SPSS statistical software, single factor analysis of variance and other methods, 1422 questionnaires, Based on the basic characteristics of demography, this paper analyzes the degree of people's satisfaction with the service of sports public facilities. The effect of distribution area on the satisfaction of urban basic public sports service had significant difference, but gender and income level had no significant difference on the satisfaction degree of urban basic public sports service. 4) AMOS software was used. The structural equation model is established. According to the influencing factors of public sports facilities service, a hypothetical model is put forward, which is validated by three regional models: eastern, central and western economic regions. The results show that the eastern regions with developed economies attach importance to the quality of service. The basic facilities in the central and western regions are the main factors affecting the public sports service. It is suggested that the planning of the public sports facilities should take into account the actual local needs, and improve the opening rate of various school sports venues. Solve the contradiction between supply and demand of public sports facilities and improve the service ability of public sports facilities.
