【摘要】：2009年全國青少年校園足球活動啟動,足球項目已經走進了校園,成為學生校園文化的一部分,但是布局僅僅限制于44個城市。在廣大農村地區(qū)中小學,并沒有相關政策來引導開展足球活動。我國有廣闊的農村,2014年統(tǒng)計,鄉(xiāng)村常住人口61866萬人,農村中小學也應該有機會得到相關部門的重視,農村孩子有權利也有機會從足球活動中受益。目前,山西省農村已經有部分中小學開始開展足球活動。探討農村中小學開展足球活動的可行性及面臨的問題,探討促進農村學校足球活動開展的方法,是山西省足球活動發(fā)展中必須高度重視和認真對待的現(xiàn)實問題。本文采用文獻資料法、專家訪談法、調查問卷法、實地觀察法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,通過對山西省部分農村中小學的分層抽樣調查,從開展學校足球活動的群眾基礎、軟硬件條件、家長支持態(tài)度等三個層面系統(tǒng)分析當前山西省未開展足球活動的農村中小學開展學校足球活動的可行性,探究當前農村學校足球活動開展中存在的制約因素,在此基礎上探討針對性地促進山西省農村學校足球活動開展的對策,推動山西省廣大農村地區(qū)學校足球活動廣泛、深入的開展,并依此為突破口帶動山西省足球活動整體水平的提升。通過研究,本文得到如下基本結論：1.通過對山西省22所農村中小學的調查顯示,有13所中小學正在開展足球活動,其余9所未足球活動的中小學中有3所學校曾經開展過足球活動,其余6所從始至終未開展過足球活動,當前山西省農村中小學有部分已經開展足球活動,總體來看大部分都曾開展過足球活動。2.未開設足球活動的山西省農村中小學具備了開展足球活動的學生基礎,學校領導對足球有一定的認識,而足球活動本身是一項廉價的運動,對于場地器材的要求不高,各中小學具備了開展足球活動的基本條件；在家長支持態(tài)度方面,家長對于孩子參加足球活動的支持態(tài)度較高,且家長大多在外打工,家庭對于孩子的約束力較低；農村學生對于足球活動認識積極且大部分對于足球有較高興趣,無論家長的態(tài)度如何,學生對于踢球的興趣依然很高,喜歡踢球和了解足球的學生主要集中在男生,女生喜歡足球的比例較低。3.綜上所述,山西省農村中小學具備開展足球活動的條件,開展足球活動是可行的。調查顯示大谷縣朝陽小學、惠安小學,太原市小店區(qū)狄村小學很好的開展了足球活動,學校已經完全具備了“校園足球”的基本要求。其中狄村小學的12名農村籍孩子2015年在北京體育大學舉行的中國青少年發(fā)展基金會與
[Abstract]:In 2009, the national youth campus football started, the football project has entered the campus, has become part of the campus culture, but the layout is limited to only 44 cities. In the vast rural areas of primary and secondary schools, There is no relevant policy to guide the development of football activities. China has a vast rural area. In 2014, the rural permanent population of 618.66 million people, rural primary and secondary schools should also have the opportunity to get the attention of the relevant departments. Rural children have the right and the opportunity to benefit from football activities. At present, some primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province have started football activities. To probe into the methods to promote the development of football activities in rural schools is a realistic problem that must be highly valued and seriously taken into account in the development of football activities in Shanxi Province. Field observation, mathematical statistics and other research methods, through a stratified sampling survey of some rural primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province, from the mass basis, hardware and software conditions for the development of school football activities, This paper systematically analyzes the feasibility of developing school football activities in rural primary and secondary schools without football activities in Shanxi Province, and probes into the restrictive factors existing in the development of football activities in rural schools. On this basis, this paper probes into the countermeasures to promote the development of rural school football activities in Shanxi Province, and promotes the extensive and in-depth development of school football activities in the vast rural areas of Shanxi Province. Through the research, this paper obtains the following basic conclusion: 1.Through the investigation of 22 rural middle and primary schools in Shanxi Province, it shows that 13 middle and primary schools are carrying out football activities. Of the remaining 9 primary and secondary schools with no football activities, 3 have ever carried out football activities, while the remaining 6 have not carried out football activities from beginning to end. At present, some primary and secondary schools in rural areas of Shanxi Province have already carried out football activities. Generally speaking, most of them have carried out football activities. 2. The rural primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province, which do not have football activities, have the students' foundation to carry out football activities, and the school leaders have a certain understanding of football. But the football activity itself is a cheap sport, the demand for the field equipment is not high, each primary and middle school has the basic condition to carry out the football activity; in the aspect of the parents' supporting attitude, the parents' support attitude to the children's participation in the football activity is higher. And most of the parents work outside, the family is less binding for the children; the rural students have a positive understanding of football activities and most of them have a higher interest in football, regardless of the attitude of the parents, the students' interest in playing football is still very high. The students who like to play football and know football are mainly concentrated in boys, while the proportion of girls who like football is relatively low. 3. In summary, primary and secondary schools in rural areas of Shanxi Province have the conditions to carry out football activities. It is feasible to carry out football activities. The investigation shows that the Chaoyang Primary School in Dagu County, the Huian Primary School, and the Di Village Primary School in Xiaodian District of Taiyuan City have carried out football activities very well. The school has fully met the basic requirements of "campus football." among them, 12 rural children from Dicun Elementary School held the China Youth Development Foundation at Beijing physical Education University in 2015.
