【摘要】：隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè)與管理引起越來越多的企業(yè)及運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)的重視,一支好的團(tuán)隊(duì)是有不同的隊(duì)員組成,他們有著不同的特征與能力,并在自己的團(tuán)隊(duì)中扮演著一定的角色,為此,很多學(xué)者在團(tuán)隊(duì)角色方面做了大量研究,并得出相關(guān)結(jié)論,其中運(yùn)用最廣泛的是“貝爾賓團(tuán)隊(duì)角色理論”,而在排球比賽中核心隊(duì)員也備受大家關(guān)注,并對(duì)核心隊(duì)員的培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行了探討,但僅僅只對(duì)核心隊(duì)員應(yīng)具備的特征及場(chǎng)上的作用進(jìn)行了闡述,在核心隊(duì)員的培養(yǎng)方面除了這些外在條件,核心隊(duì)員的自我特征及核心隊(duì)員的團(tuán)隊(duì)角色傾向也是選拔核心隊(duì)員的重要條件。該研究以2014—2015年全國大學(xué)生排球聯(lián)賽(北方賽區(qū))女子前八名隊(duì)伍：北京體育大學(xué)、山東師范大學(xué)、中央財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)、中國海洋大學(xué)、北京航空航天大學(xué)、蘭州大學(xué)、北京交通大學(xué)、南開大學(xué)為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用“貝爾賓團(tuán)隊(duì)角色理論”問卷及自編的教練員和運(yùn)動(dòng)員核心隊(duì)員問卷進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,運(yùn)用Excel2010軟件對(duì)問卷結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,驗(yàn)證研究假設(shè),結(jié)果顯示：1.核心隊(duì)員在排球比賽中起著至關(guān)重要的作用,一支優(yōu)秀的隊(duì)伍應(yīng)具備2—3名核心隊(duì)員；2.各隊(duì)核心隊(duì)員的場(chǎng)上位置較偏向于進(jìn)攻型,根據(jù)專家意見及數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果顯示,核心隊(duì)員的場(chǎng)上位置應(yīng)為主攻手；3.核心隊(duì)員的自我認(rèn)知程度要高于隊(duì)內(nèi)其他隊(duì)員,并與教練員的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果相一致；4.核心隊(duì)員的第一團(tuán)隊(duì)角色傾向應(yīng)凝聚者,其次是完美主義者和協(xié)調(diào)者,除凝聚者外還應(yīng)具備完美主義者和協(xié)調(diào)者的角色特點(diǎn)；5.團(tuán)隊(duì)角色均衡情況與比賽成績存在相關(guān)聯(lián)系,成績好的隊(duì)伍團(tuán)隊(duì)角色較為均衡,但團(tuán)隊(duì)力量與比賽名次并無明顯關(guān)聯(lián)。排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員中凝聚者和完美主義者兩個(gè)角色的傾向較高,有可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)表面隊(duì)員關(guān)系相處融洽和訓(xùn)練、比賽時(shí)努力,實(shí)際缺乏溝通、問題堆積的現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, team building and management has attracted more and more attention of enterprises and sports teams. A good team is composed of different players, they have different characteristics and abilities. And in their own team play a certain role, for this, many scholars have done a lot of research on the role of the team, and draw relevant conclusions, among which the most widely used is the "Berbin team role theory". In the volleyball game, the core players are also concerned, and the cultivation of the core players are discussed, but only for the core players should have the characteristics and the role of the field are expounded. In addition to these external conditions in the training of core players. The self-characteristics of the core players and the team role tendency of the core players are also important conditions for the selection of the core players. Women's Top eight teams: Beijing University of physical Education. Shandong normal University, Central University of Finance and Economics, Ocean University of China, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Lanzhou University, Beijing Jiaotong University and Nankai University were investigated. Using the "Berbin team role theory" questionnaire and the self-compiled coaches and athletes core team questionnaire for empirical research, using Excel2010 software to analyze the results of the questionnaire, verify the research hypothesis. The results show that the core players play an important role in the volleyball match, and an excellent team should have 2-3 core players; 2. The position of the core players of each team is more inclined to attack, according to the expert opinion and the result of data, the position of the core players should be the main attacking player; 3. The self-cognition of the core players is higher than that of the other players in the team, and it is consistent with the evaluation results of the coaches; 4. The first team member's role tendency should be condensed, followed by perfectionist and coordinator. Besides the condenser, they should also have the character of perfectionist and coordinator. 5. There is a correlation between the balance of team role and the result of the competition, and the team with good results is more balanced. However, there is no obvious relationship between team strength and competition ranking. Volleyball players in the condenser and perfectionists tend to have a higher tendency to get along with each other and work hard. Lack of communication and accumulation of problems.
