健身登山訓(xùn)練對大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康的影響

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代登山運(yùn)動在我國開始于1956年,由于登山運(yùn)動具有健身、娛樂、陶冶情操等功能被人們認(rèn)可的程度不斷提升,因此在我國得到迅速發(fā)展。本文中結(jié)合健身運(yùn)動及登山運(yùn)動的定義,提出了健身登山這一全新概念。隨著社會發(fā)展,戶外登山運(yùn)動在全國各大高校中得到發(fā)展,每年都有新的大學(xué)生加入登山社團(tuán)中來。但這項運(yùn)動在高校中發(fā)展速度比較緩慢,全國高校中已經(jīng)成立學(xué)生社團(tuán)性質(zhì)的登山組織的僅有數(shù)十所。其中北京地區(qū)以北京大學(xué)山鷹社、清華大學(xué)山野協(xié)會、中國地質(zhì)大學(xué)(北京)大地社、等九所高校具有代表性。目前大學(xué)生的就業(yè)壓力大,大城市競爭激烈,而二三線城市及偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)生活條件艱苦,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施及醫(yī)療設(shè)施相對不夠完善,對大學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)要求也就更加嚴(yán)格。由此可見,在這種大社會環(huán)境下,大學(xué)生的體質(zhì)研究將會更加從側(cè)面反映出目前大學(xué)生體質(zhì)狀況中的不足之處。社會現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展過程中,科技、科學(xué)高速發(fā)展,大學(xué)生影響著祖國未來的發(fā)展進(jìn)程。國家在人才培養(yǎng)中重視了學(xué)生的地位,同時也關(guān)注到學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康問題,并且制訂了學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康的相關(guān)政策。本文探究“健身登山訓(xùn)練對大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康的影響”。經(jīng)咨詢有關(guān)專家后確定了身體形態(tài)指標(biāo)、身體機(jī)能指標(biāo)、身體素質(zhì)指標(biāo)為測試指標(biāo),對中國地質(zhì)大學(xué)北京校區(qū)登山隊員健身登山訓(xùn)練及學(xué)生體質(zhì)狀況進(jìn)行分析。根據(jù)本文研究內(nèi)容與目的,制定實驗方案,通過前期體質(zhì)健康測試基本數(shù)據(jù),選定中國地質(zhì)大學(xué)(北京)登山協(xié)會60名學(xué)生為實驗組,對實驗組進(jìn)行處方式訓(xùn)練。經(jīng)過實驗組為期十周的處方式訓(xùn)練后,對實驗組與對照組的學(xué)生再次進(jìn)行體質(zhì)健康測試。通過對實驗組與對照組測試結(jié)果的對比分析,總結(jié)健身登山訓(xùn)練對大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康的具體影響。本篇論文的意義在于:一、為大學(xué)校園積極合理的開展健身登山運(yùn)動提供科學(xué)依據(jù);二、為各高校健身登山社團(tuán)在進(jìn)行健身登山訓(xùn)練采用科學(xué)、合理、有效地訓(xùn)練方法。健身登山運(yùn)動對于大學(xué)生的身體體質(zhì)、心理健康及發(fā)展也有很大的幫助,可以有效的改善當(dāng)前信息時代下的學(xué)習(xí)壓力,有助于發(fā)展同學(xué)們之間良好的人際關(guān)系;大學(xué)生在學(xué)校里積極參與健身登山訓(xùn)練及社團(tuán)活動,有助于培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的自信、頑強(qiáng)拼搏的意志品質(zhì),有助于大學(xué)生調(diào)節(jié)心情、緩解學(xué)習(xí)壓力,創(chuàng)造更好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境;與此同時,在這種積極心理的作用下,參加健身登山訓(xùn)練的學(xué)生更加積極主動的參與健身登山運(yùn)動中去,從而形成了一個良性循環(huán)周期。
[Abstract]:Modern mountaineering began in 1956 in our country, because the mountaineering sports have the function of fitness, entertainment, edifying sentiment and so on. Therefore, it has been developed rapidly in our country. This paper combines the definition of fitness and mountaineering, and puts forward the new concept of fitness mountaineering. With the development of society, outdoor mountaineering has been developed in all universities and colleges in China. Every year new college students join the mountaineering club. But the sport is growing slowly in colleges and universities. Only dozens of mountaineering organizations have been established in colleges and universities in China. Among them, the Shanying Society of Peking University, the Mountain Wild Association of Tsinghua University, and the Earth Society of China University of Geosciences (Beijing). At present, the employment pressure of college students is great, the competition in big cities is fierce, while the living conditions of the second and third tier cities and remote areas are difficult, and the infrastructure and medical facilities are relatively imperfect. The physical quality of college students will be more stringent. Thus, in such a large social environment. The research of college students' physique will reflect the deficiency of the present university students' physique. In the course of the development of social modernization, science and technology will develop at a high speed. College students affect the future development of the motherland. The country attaches importance to the status of students in the training of talents, but also pays attention to the physical health of students. This paper probes into the influence of mountaineering training on the physical health of college students. After consulting relevant experts, the author determines the body shape index and body function index. Based on the analysis of the physical fitness training and the students' physique of the climbers in Beijing University of Geosciences of China University of Geosciences, according to the content and purpose of this paper, the experimental scheme was established. Based on the basic data of physical health test, 60 students of China University of Geosciences (Beijing) mountaineering Association were selected as the experimental group, and the experimental group was trained in the local way after 10 weeks of training. The students of the experimental group and the control group were tested again. The results of the test group and the control group were compared and analyzed. The significance of this paper lies in: first, to provide scientific basis for the active and reasonable development of fitness and mountaineering on university campus; Secondly, scientific, reasonable and effective training methods are adopted for the fitness mountaineering associations in colleges and universities. The fitness climbing exercise is also helpful to the physical, mental health and development of college students. It can effectively improve the learning pressure in the current information age and help to develop good interpersonal relationships among students; College students in the school actively participate in the exercise of fitness mountaineering training and community activities, help to cultivate the self-confidence of college students, tenacious will quality, help college students to adjust their mood, ease the pressure of learning. Create a better learning environment; At the same time, under the action of this kind of positive psychology, the students who take part in the fitness mountaineering training are more active to participate in the fitness climbing, thus forming a virtuous circle cycle.
