【摘要】：本文以我國第十二屆全運會女子跳高比賽前十名運動員運用的戰(zhàn)術(shù)特征為對象,在對前人研究成果的總結(jié)、概括和提煉的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合跳高比賽實踐中的戰(zhàn)術(shù),采用了文獻資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、比較分析法對我國第十二屆全運會女子跳高前十名運動員比賽選擇起跳高度、試跳成功率、免跳戰(zhàn)術(shù)等進行了比較分析,得出以下結(jié)論:1.我國第十二屆全運會女子跳高決賽中,任何高度上第一次試跳成功是關(guān)鍵,運動員必須給予高度重視,在出現(xiàn)成績相等的高度上,第一次試跳成功尤為重要,它直接決定誰是冠軍、亞軍以及其他的比賽名次。比賽名次與個人試跳成功率之間存在一定的正相關(guān),所以戰(zhàn)術(shù)運用成功率是決定最后名次的重要因素。2.跳高比賽時運動員成績的穩(wěn)定性與成功率對于名次的排定非常重要。而往往“試跳成功率”的高低就是在一些關(guān)鍵的高度試跳上造成的,而在這些關(guān)鍵高度上利用規(guī)則中的“免跳”戰(zhàn)術(shù)來提高自己在關(guān)鍵高度上的試跳成功率,以取得好的名次,是戰(zhàn)術(shù)安排的需要,在一些大賽中更是屢見不鮮。3.跳高戰(zhàn)術(shù)運用得當,既能減少試跳的次數(shù),又能節(jié)省體力,更能集中精力去沖擊更高的高度,為奪取更好的名次奠定基礎(chǔ)。一般來講,比賽經(jīng)驗豐富、專項技術(shù)水平高、心理素質(zhì)好的運動員可將起跳高度定高些;如果是年輕的運動員,心理素質(zhì)不太穩(wěn)定,應(yīng)把起跳高度適當定低些,這樣可以慢慢穩(wěn)定心態(tài),逐漸適應(yīng)比賽氣氛,以取得最理想的成績。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the tactical characteristics of the top 10 athletes in the women's high jump competition in the 12th National Games of our country as the object, and combines the tactics in the practice of the high jump competition on the basis of summing up, summarizing and refining the previous research results. By using the methods of literature, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the take-off height, the success rate and the no-jump tactics of the top 10 athletes in the women's high jump in the 12th National Games of China. Draw the following conclusion: 1. In the women's high jump final of the 12th National Games of our country, the success of the first jump at any height is the key. The success of the first jump is particularly important, which directly determines who is the champion, runner-up and other places. There is a positive correlation between the competition and the success rate of individual jump. Therefore, the success rate of tactical application is an important factor in determining the last place. 2. The stability and success rate of the athletes in the high jump competition is very important for the ranking. The height is caused by a number of critical height test jumps. However, it is the need of tactical arrangement to use the "no-jump" tactics in these key heights to improve their success rate in order to get a good ranking. In some major competitions is more common .3.High jump tactics used properly, can not only reduce the number of jumps, but also save physical strength, more focused on the impact of higher height. Generally speaking, athletes with rich experience, high level of special technology and good psychological quality can set the take-off height higher; If the young athlete's psychological quality is not very stable, the take-off height should be set down properly, so that the mentality can be stabilized slowly and gradually adapt to the competition atmosphere, in order to obtain the most ideal result.
