【摘要】:小學生體質問題雖然是一個經(jīng)久不衰的話題,亦有很多專家學者對學生體質問題進行過專門的研討,由于小學生是一個較為特殊的社會群體,雖然他們還未脫離學校,社會程度不高,但是他們的健康問題卻受到了社會的高度重視,兩極性讓當前這個群體尤為受到關注。學生的肥胖問題、猝死問題、甚至是學生抑郁癥、自殺問題等一系列讓人驚醒的事件不斷驚詫著人們的視聽。隨著時代的發(fā)展,導致小學生身體健康問題產生的原因也不斷變化,因而小學生體質健康問題的研究隨著社會的進步是需要不斷的進行跟進的,這并不是老生常談,而是一個不斷發(fā)現(xiàn)新問題、提出新對策的過程,具有很大的現(xiàn)實意義。兒童和青少年的成長以及體質的改變需要學校、家庭、社會的共同努力。在增強小學生體質的辦法和決策上三者相結合,以社會為主導帶動學校、家庭;家長需要和學校的密切配合,對小學生的成長要樹立一個正確的教育觀,要了解孩子的體質特征和身體狀況:體育教師要做好和家長的聯(lián)系,構建聯(lián)系的紐帶,為每一位學生都建立身體狀況詳細檔案。所以,促進小學生體質增強的聯(lián)動機制不僅可以達到遏止小學生體質下降的問題,更有利于終身體育思想更好的貫徹和增進體育意識的形成,達到對身心壓力更好的釋放的目地。為此,本文在前人研究的基礎上,運用文獻資料法、專家訪談法、邏輯分析法等方法,對河北省小學生體質的情況進行分析,分析研究發(fā)現(xiàn),導致學生體質變化的原因主要包括:個人因素、家庭因素、學校因素、社會影響的因素,通過分析研究,提出個人、家庭、學校、社會四個方面緊密結合的聯(lián)動機制來促進小學生體質增強,主要有:1.加強學生終身體育意識,提高健康意識;2.發(fā)揮家庭教育的作用;3.加強學校體育工作;4.發(fā)揮政府的主導性作用。
[Abstract]:Although the problem of primary school students' physique is an enduring topic, many experts and scholars have carried out special research on the problem of students' physique, because primary school students are a relatively special social group. Although they are not out of school, the social level is not high, but their health problems have been highly valued by the society, the bipolar nature of the current group is particularly concerned about the problem of obesity, sudden death of students. Even a series of alarming events, such as depression, suicide, etc. With the development of the times, the causes of primary school students' health problems are constantly changing. Therefore, with the progress of society, the study of primary school students' physical health problems needs to be followed up constantly. This is not a cliche, but a process of discovering new problems and putting forward new countermeasures. It is of great practical significance. The growth of children and adolescents and the change of their physique need the joint efforts of school, family and society. Take the society as the leading driving school, the family; Parents need to work closely with the school, to the growth of primary school students to establish a correct concept of education, to understand the physical characteristics of children and physical conditions: physical education teachers should do well with the parents, to build a link. For each student to establish a detailed record of physical conditions. Therefore, the promotion of primary school students physical enhancement of the linkage mechanism can not only achieve the problem of curbing the decline of primary school students' physique. More conducive to lifelong sports thought better implementation and promote the formation of sports consciousness, to achieve a better release of physical and mental pressure. Therefore, this paper on the basis of previous studies, the use of literature. Expert interview, logic analysis and other methods to analyze the physical condition of primary school students in Hebei Province, analysis and research found that the main reasons leading to the change of students' physique include: personal factors, family factors, school factors. Through the analysis of the factors affecting the society, the author puts forward the linkage mechanism of personal, family, school and society to promote the physical improvement of primary school students. The main factors are: 1. Strengthen the students' consciousness of lifelong physical education. Raising health awareness; 2. Giving play to the role of family education; 3. Strengthening school physical education; 4. Give play to the leading role of the government.
