少數民族學生深度輔導工作的探索

【摘要】:西部大開發(fā)以來,高校的少數民族學生比例越來越高。但由于少數民族學生生活條件、文化觀念等方面的差異,進入高校后心理調適難度較大,具有開展深度輔導工作的現實需求。本文從深度輔導工作的內涵出發(fā),結合少數民族學生的群體特性,探討開展深度輔導工作的方向和面臨的制約因素,為更好地在少數民族學生中開展深度輔導工作提出切實可行的舉措。
[Abstract]:Since the development of the western region, the proportion of minority students in colleges and universities has become more and more high. However, due to the differences in the living conditions and cultural concepts of ethnic minority students, it is difficult to adjust their psychology after entering colleges and universities, which has the realistic need to carry out the in-depth counseling work. Based on the connotation of the in-depth guidance work and the group characteristics of minority students, this paper discusses the direction and the restrictive factors of carrying out the in-depth guidance work. In order to better carry out the in-depth counseling among minority students, practical measures are put forward.
