高師院校函授教育質(zhì)量內(nèi)部保障研究

【摘要】: 質(zhì)量是高師院校函授教育的靈魂。高師院校函授教育為我國基礎(chǔ)教育培養(yǎng)了一大批高層次的教學(xué)和管理人員,20世紀80年代中期以后,隨著函授教育規(guī)模的超負荷增長及其他諸多原因,導(dǎo)致高師院校函授教育質(zhì)量下滑。通過調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),目前我國高師院校函授教育在目標導(dǎo)向、制度保障、執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)、監(jiān)督評價等方面還存在著諸多不完善之處,導(dǎo)致了目前高師院校函授教育質(zhì)量內(nèi)部保障不盡如人意。為此,本文從目前我國高師院校函授教育質(zhì)量保障現(xiàn)狀入手,找出存在的問題,探析背后深層的原因,并試著提出相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量保障策略,希望能對我國高師院校函授教育的健康發(fā)展做出自己的一點貢獻。 本文以分析當(dāng)前高師院校函授教育質(zhì)量存在的問題為邏輯起點,對現(xiàn)行高師院校函授教育質(zhì)量內(nèi)部保障現(xiàn)狀進行深入調(diào)研,對存在的問題進行全面地剖析和認真審視,以適應(yīng)基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展提高教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)為己任,嘗試提出適合基礎(chǔ)教育要求、具有高師函授教育質(zhì)量保障特點的高師院校函授教育質(zhì)量內(nèi)部保障對策。 本論文按照以下思路展開: 第一部分為緒論,簡述研究的緣由、意義目的、研究思路與方法、概念界定以及國內(nèi)外研究的文獻綜述;第二部分為調(diào)查研究。通過問卷調(diào)查,描述了高師院校函授教育質(zhì)量內(nèi)部保障體系的現(xiàn)狀,在統(tǒng)計分析調(diào)查結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,提出相應(yīng)的結(jié)論與建議;第三部分表述高師院校函授教育質(zhì)量內(nèi)部保障存在的問題。通過第二部分的研究,找出質(zhì)量內(nèi)部保障存在的主要問題,探尋高師院校函授教育質(zhì)量內(nèi)部保障的努力方向;第四部分高師院校函授教育質(zhì)量內(nèi)部保障策略研究。在前面三章的基礎(chǔ)上,本著適應(yīng)基礎(chǔ)教育改革提高教師函授教育質(zhì)量保障的要求,從內(nèi)部保障的決策、控制、執(zhí)行、監(jiān)評、信息反饋五個層面,提出了高師院校函授教育質(zhì)量內(nèi)部保障的實施對策。
[Abstract]:Quality is the soul of correspondence education in normal universities. Correspondence education in normal colleges and universities has trained a large number of high-level teaching and management personnel for our basic education. After the mid-1980s, with the overloading of correspondence education and many other reasons, As a result of the decline in the quality of correspondence education in normal colleges and universities. Through investigation, it is found that there are still many imperfections in the aspects of goal orientation, system guarantee, execution system, supervision and evaluation of correspondence education in normal universities in our country. The result is that the internal guarantee of correspondence education quality is not satisfactory. Therefore, this paper starts with the current situation of the quality assurance of correspondence education in normal universities in China, finds out the existing problems, analyzes the underlying causes, and tries to put forward the corresponding quality assurance strategies. I hope to make my own contribution to the healthy development of correspondence education in normal universities. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the quality of correspondence education in normal colleges and universities, this paper makes a thorough investigation on the present situation of the internal guarantee of the quality of correspondence education in normal colleges and universities, and makes a comprehensive analysis and careful examination of the existing problems. In order to adapt to the development of basic education and improve teachers' professional quality, this paper tries to put forward the internal guarantee countermeasures of correspondence education quality in normal colleges and universities, which are suitable for basic education and have the characteristics of ensuring the quality of correspondence education in normal universities. This thesis is carried out according to the following ideas: The first part is the introduction, briefly describes the reason, the significance purpose, the research thought and the method, the concept definition and the domestic and foreign research literature review; the second part is the investigation research. This paper describes the present situation of the internal guarantee system of correspondence education quality in normal universities through questionnaire, and puts forward the corresponding conclusions and suggestions on the basis of the statistical analysis of the results of the investigation. The third part describes the problems existing in the internal guarantee of the quality of correspondence education in normal universities. Through the second part of the study, find out the main problems of internal quality assurance, explore the direction of the internal guarantee of the quality of correspondence education in normal universities; part four: the study of internal guarantee strategy of the quality of correspondence education in normal universities. On the basis of the previous three chapters, in line with the requirements of improving the quality assurance of correspondence education for teachers to adapt to the reform of basic education, from the five levels of decision-making, control, execution, monitoring and evaluation, and information feedback of internal security, This paper puts forward the implementation countermeasures of the internal guarantee of the quality of correspondence education in normal colleges and universities.
