【摘要】：正一、企業(yè)集群的界定企業(yè)集群是一組在地理上靠近的相互聯(lián)系的公司和關(guān)聯(lián)的機構(gòu),它們同處或相關(guān)于某一個特定的產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域,由于具有共性和互補性聯(lián)系在一起。大量企業(yè)聚集在一起促進了企業(yè)之間的協(xié)作與競爭,促進技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的擴散,極有利于降低交易費用,具有外部規(guī)模經(jīng)濟性,因而具有巨大的競爭優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:First, the definition of enterprise cluster is a group of geographically close interconnected firms and related institutions, they are in the same or related to a specific industrial field, because of their common and complementary links. A large number of enterprises gather together to promote the cooperation and competition among enterprises, promote the diffusion of technological innovation, greatly help to reduce transaction costs, with external economies of scale, so it has a huge competitive advantage.
