【摘要】：自20世紀80年代中期我國興起現(xiàn)代社區(qū)教育以來，我國社區(qū)教育的理論工作者和實踐工作者從不同角度和不同的側(cè)重點，探討了社區(qū)教育的運行體系，并取得了巨大的成績。進入“十五”期間，社區(qū)教育研究的重點在如何創(chuàng)建學習型社區(qū)，對教育和學習都提出了更高的要求。本文試圖從研究社區(qū)教育現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，以社區(qū)教育運行體系的研究為焦點，為改進和發(fā)展我國的社區(qū)教育提出一些建議性的意見。 本文首先回顧了我國社區(qū)教育的發(fā)展歷程，分析了國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)文獻資料。在回顧與資料分析的基礎(chǔ)之上緊接著分析了我國社區(qū)教育所處的時代背景，我國社區(qū)教育的運行發(fā)展是在我國社會轉(zhuǎn)型、知識轉(zhuǎn)型和全球后工業(yè)與后現(xiàn)代思潮的大背景下的。通過這些分析發(fā)現(xiàn)我國社區(qū)教育運行面臨一系列的挑戰(zhàn)：教育化社會到學習化社會的飛躍對社區(qū)教育提出新的挑戰(zhàn)；社區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展對社區(qū)教育提出新的要求，分別表現(xiàn)在社區(qū)的管理、經(jīng)濟、文化、服務(wù)和人員素質(zhì)等方面；學校教育功能進一步完善對社區(qū)教育提出新的要求；教育技術(shù)手段和傳播媒介的革命對社區(qū)教育的影響和要求。 經(jīng)過對相關(guān)文獻資料的分析和實地考察，發(fā)現(xiàn)社區(qū)教育的運行發(fā)展在應(yīng)對這一系列的挑戰(zhàn)的時候存在這樣一些問題：(1)實踐方面，運行的投入環(huán)節(jié)、過程環(huán)節(jié)以及產(chǎn)出環(huán)節(jié)存在的問題；(2)理論方面，理論的前瞻性、指導性不強，研究隊伍不合理，研究力量偏弱。 在分析社區(qū)教育運行發(fā)展的時代背景、面臨的挑戰(zhàn)、存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上，本論文最后一部分提出了社區(qū)教育運行發(fā)展的新體系，主要包括：(1)未來社區(qū)教育戰(zhàn)略目標；(2)未來社區(qū)教育體制；(3)未來社區(qū)教育的管理體制；(4)未來社區(qū)教育的內(nèi)容；(5)未來社區(qū)教育的手段與技術(shù)；(6)社區(qū)教育評估。
[Abstract]:Since the emergence of modern community education in China in the mid-1980s, the theorists and practitioners of community education have discussed the operation system of community education from different angles and different emphases, and have made great achievements. During the period of the Tenth Five-Year Plan, the emphasis of community education research is on how to create learning community, which puts forward higher requirements for both education and learning. This paper attempts to put forward some suggestions for improving and developing community education in our country by studying the present situation of community education and focusing on the research of community education operation system. Firstly, this paper reviews the development of community education in China, and analyzes the relevant literature at home and abroad. On the basis of review and data analysis, this paper analyzes the background of our country's community education. The operation and development of our country's community education is under the background of social transformation, knowledge transformation and global post-industry and postmodern trend of thought. Through these analyses, it is found that the operation of community education in our country faces a series of challenges: the leap from an educational society to a learning society puts forward new challenges to community education, and the sustainable development of the community puts forward new requirements for community education. It is manifested in the aspects of community management, economy, culture, service and personnel quality respectively; the further improvement of school education function puts forward new requirements for community education; the revolution of educational technology means and media influences and demands community education. Through the analysis of relevant documents and field investigations, we find that the operational development of community education has such problems and input links in the practice of coping with this series of challenges. In terms of theory, the theory is forward-looking, guidance is not strong, the research team is unreasonable, and the research force is weak. On the basis of analyzing the background, challenges and problems of the development of community education, the last part of this paper puts forward a new system for the development of community education. The main contents include: 1) Future Community Education Strategic objective 2) Future Community Education system 3) Management system of Future Community Education 4) content of Future Community Education 5) means and techniques of Future Community Education and 6) Community Education Evaluation.
