【摘要】：正一、教育培訓產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量構(gòu)成因素培訓教育產(chǎn)品本質(zhì)上是服務產(chǎn)品,具有服務的無形性、生產(chǎn)過程與消費過程的時空不可分離性、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的不可恢復性以及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的非一致性等特點。學員接受培訓的過程實質(zhì)上是一個互動的體驗、體會和提升的過程。因而培訓教育質(zhì)量的評價包含很多主觀的成分,只能用培訓的效果和學員的滿意度來評價。影響培訓質(zhì)量的因素,不僅與培訓的提供方有關(guān), 而且學員在學習過程中的心態(tài)和參予程度也很重要。通過接受培訓,學員能夠得到他們想要的東西,
