【摘要】：探討農村勞動力轉移的教育培訓問題,提高農民素質、為社會主義新農村建設提供強有力的人才支撐,是各級職業(yè)院校的重大任務和辦學方向。近年來各地在堅持為農服務、創(chuàng)新辦學機制、挖掘教育資源上創(chuàng)造性地探索了一系列適合當地經濟和辦學實力的農村勞動力轉移培訓形式,對推動轉移進程有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:It is an important task and direction for vocational colleges and universities at all levels to probe into the education and training of rural labor force transfer, to improve the quality of farmers and to provide strong talent support for the construction of new socialist countryside. Innovating the mechanism of running a school and exploring a series of training forms of rural labor force which are suitable for the local economy and the strength of running a school creatively explore a series of training forms which can be used for reference to promote the process of transfer.
