【摘要】：隨著20世紀(jì)90年代末期高校后勤社會(huì)化的改革、高校擴(kuò)招以及完全學(xué)分制的推行,高校學(xué)生的住宿條件發(fā)生了很大的改變,寢室成了大學(xué)校園里相對(duì)固定的基層單位,“生活園區(qū)”的概念被提出和實(shí)踐,生活園區(qū)成了大學(xué)生生活、交流、學(xué)習(xí)的重要場(chǎng)所并日趨成為影響大學(xué)生思想行為的重要空間。如何搶占這塊課堂之外的重要陣地成了學(xué)者以及高校思想政治教育工作者必須要面對(duì)和思考的問(wèn)題。本文在借鑒他人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)閱讀、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、個(gè)別訪(fǎng)談等方法,對(duì)上海市三所高校開(kāi)展了相關(guān)的調(diào)查研究與分析工作,試圖將理論研究與實(shí)證調(diào)查相結(jié)合,提出可供操作的加強(qiáng)生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的新舉措。本文共分三個(gè)部分。 第一部分闡述了大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的內(nèi)涵和必要性。在這一部分中,首先介紹了大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)的內(nèi)涵、組織管理模式、生活園區(qū)的由來(lái)以及大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的內(nèi)涵；然后闡述了生活園區(qū)之于大學(xué)生的意義,生活園區(qū)是大學(xué)生日常學(xué)習(xí)、生活及娛樂(lè)休閑的主要場(chǎng)所,是大學(xué)生同輩群體間相互交流、情感依托的家園,也是大學(xué)生素質(zhì)拓展、成長(zhǎng)鍛煉的重要舞臺(tái)。生活園區(qū)思想政治教育具有生活性、情感性、滲透性和集中性等特點(diǎn)。在大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)開(kāi)展思想政治教育是對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育“三貼近”原則的踐行,是加強(qiáng)生活園區(qū)育人功能的內(nèi)在要求,是對(duì)高校學(xué)生工作的內(nèi)在補(bǔ)充,是增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育針對(duì)性和有效性的重要途徑,是提高大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的基層保障。 第二部分介紹了筆者調(diào)查的基本情況以及大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)查閱以及對(duì)上海交通大學(xué)、華東師范大學(xué)和上海大學(xué)生活園區(qū)的實(shí)證調(diào)查,總結(jié)了成績(jī),發(fā)現(xiàn)了問(wèn)題,并分析了原因。目前,許多高校已經(jīng)察覺(jué)了在生活園區(qū)開(kāi)展思想政治教育的必要性,并取得了一定成績(jī),但是在現(xiàn)實(shí)的操作中仍存在一些問(wèn)題,譬如：學(xué)生對(duì)在生活園區(qū)進(jìn)行思想政治教育的認(rèn)同度不高,園區(qū)工作者對(duì)在生活園區(qū)開(kāi)展思想政治教育存在畏難情緒,對(duì)園區(qū)教育資源的挖掘不夠充分等。究其原因,是由于某些思政工作者對(duì)大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的定位不明確、積極性不高,部分大學(xué)生對(duì)顯性的教育和管理存在一定的排斥心理,園區(qū)思想政治教育工作缺乏有效的激勵(lì)機(jī)制和保障機(jī)制等。 第三部分提出了對(duì)于加強(qiáng)與改進(jìn)大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的一些建議、舉措。首先應(yīng)該樹(shù)立大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的觀(guān)念,明確生活園區(qū)的育人功能。其次要完善大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)思想政治教育隊(duì)伍,發(fā)動(dòng)輔導(dǎo)員、園區(qū)管理者、園區(qū)學(xué)生自主管理隊(duì)伍、后勤服務(wù)人員以及導(dǎo)師加入到生活園區(qū)全員育人的隊(duì)伍中來(lái)。再次從園區(qū)管理、服務(wù)、環(huán)境三個(gè)維度出發(fā),做到管理、服務(wù)、環(huán)境與育人相結(jié)合,把生活園區(qū)思想政治教育落到實(shí)處。最后為了讓園區(qū)思想政治教育長(zhǎng)期、有效開(kāi)展下去,要完善生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的保障機(jī)制,包括理論保障、體制保障、資金保障和監(jiān)督保障。 本文試圖系統(tǒng)地闡述生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的相關(guān)問(wèn)題,從生活園區(qū)的由來(lái)出發(fā),探討生活園區(qū)對(duì)于大學(xué)生的意義；從生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的必要性出發(fā),發(fā)掘生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的可行性；從生活園區(qū)思想政治教育存在的問(wèn)題出發(fā),提出解決問(wèn)題的舉措。其中,有些內(nèi)容是之前的研究鮮有涉及的,比如,大學(xué)生生活園區(qū)的由來(lái)和生活園區(qū)對(duì)于大學(xué)生的意義,在以往的研究中基本上都是一筆帶過(guò),但是,本文做了必要的、詳細(xì)的闡述。并且對(duì)在生活園區(qū)進(jìn)行思想政治教育的可行性也進(jìn)行了論證,這也是以前的研究所沒(méi)有涉及的。再者,本文較為細(xì)致地把握了生活園區(qū)思想政治教育的特質(zhì),并從管理育人、服務(wù)育人、環(huán)境育人三個(gè)維度對(duì)其進(jìn)行了較為深入地研究。
[Abstract]:With the reform of the socialization of the college logistics in the late 1990s, the expansion of the university and the introduction of the full credit system, the accommodation conditions of the university students have changed greatly. The dormitory is the basic unit in the university campus, and the concept of the "Life Park" is put forward and practiced. The living area has become an important place for college students to live, communicate and study, and become an important space to influence the college students' ideological behavior. How to seize the important position outside this class become the problem that the scholars and the ideological and political educators of the university must face and think. Based on the research results of others, this paper, through the methods of literature reading, questionnaire survey and individual interview, has carried out relevant research and analysis on the three colleges and universities in Shanghai, and tried to combine the theoretical research with the empirical investigation. The new measures to strengthen the ideological and political education of the life park are put forward. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part expounds the connotation and necessity of the ideological and political education of the college students' living campus In this part, the paper first introduces the connotation, organization and management mode of the college students' living park, the origin of the life park and the connotation of the ideological and political education of the college students' living park, then expounds the significance of the life park to the university students, and the life park is the daily study of the college students The main place of study, life and entertainment and leisure is the home of mutual communication and emotional support among college students. The second part introduces the basic situation of the author's investigation and the ideological and political education of the college students' living area. The present situation of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Huadong Normal University and Shanghai University's life park is reviewed, the achievements are summarized, the problems are found, and the analysis is made. The reason is that many colleges and universities have been aware of the necessity of carrying out ideological and political education in the life park, and have achieved some achievements, but there are still some problems in the practical operation, such as the identification of the students in the ideological and political education in the living area The degree is not high, the park worker is afraid of the ideological and political education in the life park, and the excavation of the educational resources in the park is not enough The reason is that some of the ideological and political workers are not clear about the orientation of the ideological and political education of the college students' life campus, the enthusiasm is not high, and some of the college students have a certain platoon to the dominant education and management.
