【摘要】：腐敗不僅直接危害著執(zhí)政黨的地位和社會的和諧。反腐倡廉建設是中國共產(chǎn)黨的重要歷史使命。懲治腐敗，預防為先。黨的十七大明確提出要在完善懲治體系的同時，要以建設預防腐敗體系為重點。而在預防腐敗體系中，加強對全體公民尤其是黨員干部的廉政教育，是非常重要的一環(huán)。《建立健全教育、制度、監(jiān)督并重的懲治和預防腐敗體系實施綱要》（2008－2012）明確指出，要在全體國民尤其是全體黨員中加強反腐倡廉教育，增強社會成員的反腐倡廉意識，提高反腐倡廉建設實效性。 當代大學生，由于其自身特定的思想品德和心理特點，對社會現(xiàn)象尚沒有形成獨立的、辯證的見解，容易受到我國經(jīng)濟、政治和社會生活中腐敗現(xiàn)象的影響，，從而也影響到他們成長成才中正確價值觀的形成。大學生是中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的后備建設者和接班人，他們的反腐倡廉意識，將直接關系到我國反腐倡廉建設事業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。然而，目前高校在思想政治教育中，更多地還是局限于大學生日常行為規(guī)范的養(yǎng)成和社會主義意識形態(tài)的灌輸，對他們進行廉政教育還有待于加強和拓新。因此，加強在大學生思想政治教育中的反腐倡廉教育，是當前提高大學生思想政治教育工作實效性的緊迫要求和新課題。 本論文基于導師李康平教授主持的教育部人文社科項目《紅色文化在高校思政課教育教學運用的研究》（09JDSZK031）而完成的主體性研究論文。 建黨以來，反腐倡廉工作是中國共產(chǎn)黨始終堅持的主題之一。在這90多年的歷程中，蘇區(qū)時期中國共產(chǎn)黨的廉政基本實踐是寶貴廉政教育資源。因此，本文從回溯中央蘇區(qū)廉政基本實踐的歷史進程，挖掘其優(yōu)質(zhì)的廉政文化資源和價值，提升其理論形態(tài)，并運用到大學生廉政教育的實踐中去，實現(xiàn)歷史經(jīng)驗與時代教育實踐的統(tǒng)一。擬從歷史的視角，結合目前大學生思想政治教育實踐，對如何加強大學生反腐倡廉教育進行對策性的論述，以期拓新大學生思想政治教育研究的領域。 本文基于目前大學生廉政教育的現(xiàn)狀，基于大學生即將承擔的社會角色對于社會主義建設事業(yè)的重要性，基于目前社會等領域腐敗現(xiàn)象對大學生思想和學習生活的影響，在大學生思想政治教育中強化廉政教育，是非常重要和必要的。本文試圖通過研究和總結蘇區(qū)廉政基本實踐的歷史背景、蘇區(qū)廉政基本實踐的歷史進程及其主要經(jīng)驗，尤其是從理論上有針對性地提煉出對于當代大學生廉政教育實踐有價值的優(yōu)質(zhì)資源，結合當前大學生廉政教育的實際，來論述當代大學生廉政教育的主要內(nèi)容和對策，包括：廉政信念教育、廉政價值觀教育、廉政精神教育、廉政作風教育、廉政法制教育、廉政制度教育等。本文以歷史經(jīng)驗提升——優(yōu)質(zhì)資源開發(fā)運用——教育價值實現(xiàn)的思路，把蘇區(qū)廉政的歷史經(jīng)驗提煉轉(zhuǎn)化成大學生廉政教育優(yōu)質(zhì)資源，并將蘇區(qū)廉政的實踐資源和歷史經(jīng)驗開發(fā)和運用于當代大學生的廉政教育實踐，創(chuàng)新當代大學生廉政教育的實踐路徑和平臺，實現(xiàn)當代大學生廉政教育的價值，從而達到蘇區(qū)廉政資源價值實現(xiàn)與當代大學生廉政教育效果的統(tǒng)一。 本文力求在學術界對蘇區(qū)廉政基本實踐歷史進程、經(jīng)驗研究總結的基礎上，結合大學生實際，就在新時期如何將蘇區(qū)廉政基本實踐的經(jīng)驗貫徹到大學生反腐倡廉教育實踐中，把廉政文化歷史資源與當代大學生廉政教育的時代要求有機結合起來展開研究，并以此作為參考設定大學生廉政教育的基本內(nèi)容、要求及實踐路徑，探研大學生廉政教育的“趨前教育”和“職前教育”的實踐路徑，這是本文的創(chuàng)新之處。 從全文來看，如何將蘇區(qū)廉政經(jīng)驗與優(yōu)質(zhì)資源運用到大學生廉政教育實踐中，作出更深入的研究，如何將史論和時代要求進行有機的融合的研究，還有待于后續(xù)深入研究和學習。
