【摘要】：正大學章程建設是高等學校完善現(xiàn)代大學制度的重要內(nèi)容。制訂好大學章程,已成為我國高等學校落實《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010—2020年)》精神,深化高等教育改革的關鍵一環(huán)。為此,如何正確認識我國各級教育主管部門的"章程核準委員會"的職能,充分發(fā)揮它在審核章程中的作用,是我們?nèi)ν七M大學章程建設,轉(zhuǎn)變教育行政主管部門的管理職能,完善中國特色的現(xiàn)代大學制度的重要內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:The construction of the articles of association is an important part of perfecting the modern university system in colleges and universities. The formulation of university articles of association has become a key link for colleges and universities in China to implement the National medium-and long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) and deepen the reform of higher education. Therefore, how to correctly understand the functions of the "articles of association approval committee" of the competent departments of education at all levels in our country and give full play to its role in the examination and approval of the articles of association is an important part of our efforts to promote the construction of university articles of association, to change the management functions of the administrative departments of education, and to perfect the modern university system with Chinese characteristics.
