【摘要】：隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及高校改革的不斷推進(jìn)，對(duì)于高校貧困生的經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)貼已經(jīng)普遍形成了“獎(jiǎng)、貸、助、補(bǔ)、勤、減”的多元化資助體系，大大保證了在校貧困生的基本生活。但是與此同時(shí)，在貧富分化以及經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力下，高校貧困生的心理問題越來(lái)越明顯，經(jīng)常伴有自卑、自閉、盲目攀比、目光短淺等心理障礙，高校貧困生的犯罪事件也屢有發(fā)生。在這種環(huán)境下，對(duì)高校貧困生進(jìn)行特殊化的思想政治教育勢(shì)在必行。在長(zhǎng)期的焦慮以及心理落差之下，高校貧困生往往對(duì)這種心理教育更加防備，也更容易產(chǎn)生抵觸心理，，使高校貧困生的思想政治教育工作陷入困境。 社會(huì)工作是一種利他主義的助人方式，在長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展中已經(jīng)形成了自己的理念與方法。社會(huì)工作遵循“助人自助”、平等與尊重、服務(wù)的理念，通過科學(xué)的方法，更加能夠站在貧困生的角度看待問題，并充分體現(xiàn)他們的主體地位，發(fā)揮他們的主觀能動(dòng)性。無(wú)論在教育觀念、教育方法、或是教育者素質(zhì)方面，社會(huì)工作相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的思想政治教育都具有絕對(duì)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。同時(shí)，二者都是為高校貧困生進(jìn)行心理輔導(dǎo)的工作，工作目標(biāo)群體和工作目標(biāo)又存在一致性，因此，社會(huì)工作理念與方法可以被用于對(duì)高校貧困生的思想政治教育中，且對(duì)其工作目的的達(dá)成會(huì)有很大的幫助。 本文從三個(gè)方向，循序漸進(jìn)的闡述問題，首先從高校貧困生思想政治狀況及思想政治教育的困境著手，通過訪談的形式，了解目前高校貧困生的真實(shí)想法，從而從訪談資料中總結(jié)出目前高校貧困生普遍存在的一些思想困境。其次，既然現(xiàn)在的學(xué)校思想政治教育不能滿足高校貧困生的需求，那么我們就需要需求另外一種理念與方法的介入，幫助高校貧困生思想政治教育工作達(dá)成目標(biāo)，而社會(huì)工作方法無(wú)論從工作理念、工作方法都有著其優(yōu)越性，且和思想政治工作具有共同點(diǎn)，那么，社會(huì)工作理念與方法的介入具有其可行性及必然性。最后，通過具體實(shí)務(wù)工作，闡述社會(huì)工作理念與方法在高校貧困生思想政治教育中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy and the continuous progress of university reform, the economic subsidy for poor students in colleges and universities has generally formed a diversified financial aid system of "prize, loan, assistance, supplement, diligence and reduction", which greatly ensures the basic life of poor students in school. However, at the same time, under the differentiation of rich and poor and economic pressure, the psychological problems of poor college students are becoming more and more obvious, often accompanied by psychological obstacles such as inferiority complex, autistic, blind comparison, short-sighted and so on, and the criminal incidents of poor college students also occur frequently. In this environment, it is imperative to carry out special ideological and political education for poor students in colleges and universities. Under the long-term anxiety and psychological gap, poor college students are often more prepared for this kind of psychological education, but also more prone to conflict psychology, which makes the ideological and political education of poor college students into a dilemma. Social work is an altruistic way of helping people, which has formed its own ideas and methods in the long-term development. Social work follows the concept of "helping others and self-help", equality and respect, service, through scientific methods, more able to stand in the perspective of poor students, and fully reflect their subjective position, give full play to their subjective initiative. Social work has absolute advantages over traditional ideological and political education in terms of educational concepts, educational methods and the quality of educators. At the same time, both of them are the work of psychological counseling for poor students in colleges and universities, and there is consistency between the target group and the goal of work. Therefore, the concept and method of social work can be used in the ideological and political education of poor students in colleges and universities, and will be of great help to the achievement of the purpose of their work. This paper expounds the problem step by step from three directions, first of all, starting from the ideological and political situation of the poor students in colleges and universities and the predicament of ideological and political education, through the form of interviews, this paper understands the real ideas of the poor students in colleges and universities at present, and thus sums up some common ideological dilemmas of the poor students in colleges and universities at present. Secondly, since the current ideological and political education in schools can not meet the needs of poor college students, then we need the intervention of another concept and method to help poor college students achieve their goals in ideological and political education, and social work methods have their advantages in terms of working ideas and working methods, and have common ground with ideological and political work. The intervention of the concept and method of social work has its feasibility and necessity. Finally, through the specific practical work, this paper expounds the practical application of the concept and method of social work in the ideological and political education of poor college students.
