醫(yī)學(xué)類大學(xué)生醫(yī)德觀偏失現(xiàn)狀及其對策研究
[Abstract]:As an important standard to measure the level of professional ethics of medical workers, medical ethics has become an important reflection of the level of medical staff's ideological quality. In the case of medical college students, the medical ethics education can not only strengthen the medical ethics consciousness of the medical students, and make the medical students develop the good medical ethics and establish the correct professional ethics thought through the study of the medical ethics knowledge. It also allows them to deeply understand the importance of the medical ethics in practice, so as to ensure that they can have a high standard of medical ethics in future work. As a future practitioner in the medical field, the social burden of saving and rescuing the wounded is the need of medical students, and therefore, the medical ethics education for medical students can not only improve the overall social moral level of our country, but also can reflect the development degree of the spiritual civilization of our country, The importance of it is beyond doubt. After all, the construction of the spiritual civilization and the promotion of the spiritual civilization in the real social environment will also need to focus on the high-standard medical ethics education for the medical students. In theory, the student rational knowledge of the medical ethics education can be continuously deepened, after all, it can expand the scope of the research of the medical ethics and ethics, and also promote the level of the practical activities of the moral education of the medical college students under the premise of promoting the close contact between different subjects. In this paper, the systematic research on the medical ethics is based on the theory of science and technology, so that the research of this field can be further expanded by the academic circles. In the course of practice, the citizen's moral construction is the main content of the moral construction in the current stage of our country. It is well known that the students of the medical professional colleges and universities are basically the medical workers in the future, so it is necessary to strengthen the education of the students' professional ethics in the campus, which is mainly embodied as: on the big level, It can make a contribution to the construction of the socialist spiritual civilization, and also promote the development of the medical level and the development of the health. On the small level, during the whole study period of the students, the cultivation of the medical ethics can be strengthened, the transition of the clinical practice can be strengthened on the basis of the theory and the practical basis, the ability of the students to work independently can be improved through the enhancement of the skill training, So as to ensure that the students can complete the student-to-doctor's role conversion and become a high-level medical worker for curing and saving people at an early date. Strengthening their professional ethics education in the course of medical college students' learning, not only can promote the construction of the spiritual civilization and the development of the health, but also help the medical students to strengthen the internal medical ethics during the transitional stage of the doctor. Read this to make sure they have strong business skills and good medical ethics in the future This study, based on the work of medical college students' ideological and political education, issued a questionnaire to medical students and collected the data in the form of a symposium and a questionnaire, so as to master the development of medical ethics in the present stage. At the same time, we know the views and requirements of the society and the hospital on the medical ethics education of the university, and the understanding of the medical ethics education and the medical ethics education we hope to obtain in the medical school students To make sure that the medical ethics education of medical students is more specific to the medical ethics education through the integration of the above-mentioned research data. On the basis of the comprehensive understanding of the views of the medical students in different grades on the medical ethics education, the corresponding educational content and form are set up, and the corresponding education is put forward for the deviation of the medical ethics of the students. The paper firstly expounds the connotation and significance of medical ethics education for medical students, and then analyzes the significance of the research of medical ethics education. Secondly, the problems existing in the real environment of medical ethics education are analyzed, and the root causes of the problems are analyzed in depth. At the same time, such as the shortage of the teachers of medical ethics, the lack of rich educational resources, the old and old educational content can't meet the needs of the social development, and the medical ethics education can promote the construction of the harmonious campus. In order to improve the medical ethics education of the medical college students, this paper puts forward the measures to improve the medical ethics education of the medical college students, including the development of the medical ethics education curriculum and the contents in stages, the strengthening of the continuous learning of the laws and regulations such as the party class and the medical ethics, and the like; After that, the paper puts forward a proper solution and measures to the problem of how to strengthen the medical ethics education, including the further strengthening of the teachers' power input of the medical ethics education, learning from the advanced experience of the foreign countries, optimizing the social education environment, and so on, hoping to adopt the research of this paper.
