醫(yī)學(xué)類大學(xué)生醫(yī)德觀偏失現(xiàn)狀及其對策研究

【摘要】:作為衡量醫(yī)務(wù)工作者職業(yè)道德水平的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn),醫(yī)德已成為醫(yī)務(wù)工作人員思想品質(zhì)水平高低的重要體現(xiàn)。對醫(yī)學(xué)類大學(xué)生而言,開展醫(yī)德教育不僅可以加強(qiáng)醫(yī)學(xué)生醫(yī)德意識,讓醫(yī)學(xué)生通過對醫(yī)德知識的學(xué)習(xí),養(yǎng)成良好的醫(yī)德醫(yī)風(fēng),樹立正確的職業(yè)道德思想,還可以讓他們在實(shí)踐工作中深刻領(lǐng)會醫(yī)德醫(yī)風(fēng)的重要性,從而確保其在今后的工作中能夠具備高度規(guī)范的醫(yī)德品質(zhì)。作為醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域未來的從業(yè)者,救死扶傷的社會重?fù)?dān)是醫(yī)學(xué)生需要承擔(dān)的,由此看來,對醫(yī)學(xué)生進(jìn)行醫(yī)德教育,不僅可以提升我國整體的社會道德水平,同時(shí)也能夠體現(xiàn)我國精神文明發(fā)展程度,其重要性毋庸置疑。畢竟在現(xiàn)實(shí)社會環(huán)境中對精神文明的建設(shè)還是有促進(jìn)作用的,這也就需要著重對醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生進(jìn)行高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的醫(yī)德教育。從理論上來講,醫(yī)德教育的學(xué)生理性認(rèn)識是可以持續(xù)深化的,畢竟這可以將醫(yī)學(xué)倫理道德研究的范疇擴(kuò)大,同時(shí)在促進(jìn)不同學(xué)科之間緊密聯(lián)系的前提下,提升了醫(yī)學(xué)高校學(xué)生德育教育實(shí)踐活動的水平。在本文中,對醫(yī)德問題的系統(tǒng)研究是基于學(xué)理角度展開的,因而可以確保學(xué)術(shù)界進(jìn)一步展開對該領(lǐng)域的研究。在實(shí)踐過程中,公民的道德建設(shè)是我國當(dāng)前階段主要的道德建設(shè)內(nèi)容,由于其所包含的職業(yè)道德是極為重要的,因此在具有特殊地位的醫(yī)療行業(yè)中,就應(yīng)該加大對醫(yī)務(wù)工作者職業(yè)道德建設(shè)的力度。眾所周知,醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)的高等院校所培養(yǎng)的學(xué)生基本上都是未來的醫(yī)務(wù)工作者,因此在校園內(nèi)對學(xué)生加強(qiáng)職業(yè)道德的教育力度還是頗為必要的,其主要體現(xiàn)為:在大的層面上,可以對社會主義精神文明建設(shè)做出貢獻(xiàn),同時(shí)對醫(yī)學(xué)水平提升和衛(wèi)生事業(yè)發(fā)展發(fā)揮促進(jìn)作用。在小的層面上,在學(xué)生的整個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)期加強(qiáng)醫(yī)德的培養(yǎng),可以在理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的基礎(chǔ)上,強(qiáng)化臨床實(shí)習(xí)的過渡作用,通過加強(qiáng)技能訓(xùn)練,提升學(xué)生獨(dú)立工作的能力,進(jìn)而確保學(xué)生可以完成學(xué)生到醫(yī)生的角色轉(zhuǎn)換,早日成為治病救人的高水平醫(yī)務(wù)工作者。 在醫(yī)學(xué)類大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)階段加強(qiáng)他們職業(yè)道德教育,不但可以促進(jìn)精神文明的建設(shè)和衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的發(fā)展,還有助于醫(yī)學(xué)生在成為醫(yī)生的過渡階段強(qiáng)化內(nèi)心醫(yī)德理念,以此確保他們在未來工作中可以具備較強(qiáng)的業(yè)務(wù)技能和優(yōu)良的醫(yī)德醫(yī)風(fēng)。本研究從醫(yī)學(xué)類大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作出發(fā),對醫(yī)學(xué)生發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,以座談會和調(diào)查問卷的形式來收集數(shù)據(jù),以此來全面掌握醫(yī)德建設(shè)在現(xiàn)階段的發(fā)展情況,同時(shí)了解社會和醫(yī)院對高校醫(yī)德教育的見解和要求,有關(guān)在校醫(yī)學(xué)生對醫(yī)德教育的理解和所希望獲取的醫(yī)德教育知識。通過對上述調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)整合,來制定醫(yī)德教育的計(jì)劃和重點(diǎn),,從而確保對醫(yī)學(xué)生的醫(yī)德教育更具針對性。在全面了解了不同年級醫(yī)學(xué)生對醫(yī)德教育的看法后,制定了相應(yīng)的教育內(nèi)容和形式,對于學(xué)生醫(yī)德觀的偏失,提出了相應(yīng)的教育對策。本文首先對醫(yī)學(xué)生開展醫(yī)德教育的內(nèi)涵和意義的闡述,進(jìn)而在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了研究醫(yī)德教育的意義;其次,對醫(yī)德教育在現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境中所存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,并深入挖掘產(chǎn)生問題的根源所在,如醫(yī)德教育師資匱乏、缺乏豐富的教育資源、老套陳舊的教育內(nèi)容無法滿足社會發(fā)展的需求,醫(yī)德教育對和諧校園建設(shè)的促進(jìn)等諸多方面,以此提出了完善醫(yī)學(xué)類大學(xué)生醫(yī)德教育的對策包括分階段制定醫(yī)德教育課程和內(nèi)容;加強(qiáng)黨課和醫(yī)德規(guī)范等法律法規(guī)的持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)等;最后,對醫(yī)學(xué)院校如何加強(qiáng)醫(yī)德教育的問題提出了妥善的解決途徑和措施,包括進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)醫(yī)德教育的師資力量投入;借鑒國外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),優(yōu)化社會教育環(huán)境等,希望通過本文的研究,能夠?yàn)槲覈t(yī)學(xué)類大學(xué)生醫(yī)德教育提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:As an important standard to measure the level of professional ethics of medical workers, medical ethics has become an important reflection of the level of medical staff's ideological quality. In the case of medical college students, the medical ethics education can not only strengthen the medical ethics consciousness of the medical students, and make the medical students develop the good medical ethics and establish the correct professional ethics thought through the study of the medical ethics knowledge. It also allows them to deeply understand the importance of the medical ethics in practice, so as to ensure that they can have a high standard of medical ethics in future work. As a future practitioner in the medical field, the social burden of saving and rescuing the wounded is the need of medical students, and therefore, the medical ethics education for medical students can not only improve the overall social moral level of our country, but also can reflect the development degree of the spiritual civilization of our country, The importance of it is beyond doubt. After all, the construction of the spiritual civilization and the promotion of the spiritual civilization in the real social environment will also need to focus on the high-standard medical ethics education for the medical students.
