論當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀的培養(yǎng)

【摘要】:價(jià)值觀問(wèn)題在近年來(lái)受到社會(huì)學(xué)家、倫理學(xué)家、心理學(xué)家和管理學(xué)家的普遍關(guān)注,而大學(xué)生作為當(dāng)今社會(huì)群體的重要組成部分,其價(jià)值觀特別是關(guān)于自我對(duì)自身所具有的價(jià)值的自我認(rèn)識(shí)、評(píng)判、取向和選擇等都與社會(huì)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化結(jié)構(gòu)的變化密切相關(guān)。加強(qiáng)對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀的培養(yǎng),立足我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的社會(huì)背景和全球化、信息化的時(shí)代背景,從變化了的實(shí)際出發(fā)來(lái)分析和研究當(dāng)今整個(gè)社會(huì)變遷對(duì)于大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀的影響及其大學(xué)生自身在自我價(jià)值方面的認(rèn)識(shí)和觀點(diǎn),對(duì)于大學(xué)生的自我價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)和整個(gè)社會(huì)進(jìn)步都具有重大的理論意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者在自我價(jià)值觀方面有了一定的研究和思考,但關(guān)于大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀及其培養(yǎng)的研究不是很多,在一些問(wèn)題上沒(méi)有形成共識(shí)和較好的體系。本文在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)前大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀的形成過(guò)程和特點(diǎn),在參考和研究大量的文獻(xiàn)材料的基礎(chǔ)上,論述了自我價(jià)值觀的內(nèi)涵、功能、特征,闡述了大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵和具體表現(xiàn),分析了培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀的理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,針對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀探究了培養(yǎng)的具體對(duì)策。 本文分三個(gè)部分展開(kāi)分析和論述: 第一部分首先概括了關(guān)于價(jià)值觀的相關(guān)理論,包括價(jià)值觀的特征、結(jié)構(gòu)與內(nèi)容,為自我價(jià)值觀含義的確定和分析奠定了基礎(chǔ)。論述了價(jià)值觀是人們關(guān)于客體對(duì)主體的意義、作用、效應(yīng)的一般觀點(diǎn)、總評(píng)價(jià)和總看法,是人們所持有的一種關(guān)于價(jià)值的系統(tǒng)化、理論化的觀念體系,是對(duì)人、對(duì)事是否具有有用性、重要性所持有的基本立場(chǎng)、觀點(diǎn)、態(tài)度,是價(jià)值意識(shí)的核心;具有評(píng)價(jià)的主觀性、行為的選擇性、穩(wěn)定性與可變性相統(tǒng)一、社會(huì)歷史性和意識(shí)的傾向性;立足我國(guó)黃希庭學(xué)者等人的研究方法和需要,進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)展為政治價(jià)值觀、道德價(jià)值觀、審美價(jià)值觀、宗教價(jià)值觀、職業(yè)價(jià)值觀、人際價(jià)值觀、婚戀價(jià)值觀、自我價(jià)值觀、人生價(jià)值觀和幸福價(jià)值觀等十種價(jià)值觀結(jié)構(gòu)。 其次,闡述了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀的內(nèi)涵,在區(qū)分了自我價(jià)值與個(gè)人價(jià)值的基礎(chǔ)上,,把自我價(jià)值觀定義為是自身對(duì)自己價(jià)值的評(píng)價(jià)和看法的綜合,涉及到認(rèn)識(shí)、情感和行為評(píng)判的各個(gè)方面,對(duì)于個(gè)體自身更好地認(rèn)識(shí)自己、調(diào)節(jié)與社會(huì)的矛盾、調(diào)節(jié)人與人之間、人與自然之間的關(guān)系都具有重大的意義,是在自我的肯定和評(píng)價(jià)中產(chǎn)生的對(duì)自我實(shí)現(xiàn)和自我價(jià)值的開(kāi)放的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng),具有內(nèi)在的力量性和外在的互動(dòng)性。并就其功能做了一定的分析,為后文自我價(jià)值觀的特征分析及其當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀培養(yǎng)奠定了基礎(chǔ),指出自我價(jià)值觀的特征。 最后,分析了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵,在對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀能夠通過(guò)教育得以培養(yǎng)的可行性分析下,針對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀能夠在明確大學(xué)生自身的需要下得以培養(yǎng),并指出培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀的具體方向。 第二部分,分析關(guān)于當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀培養(yǎng)的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)。本文從馬克思關(guān)于自我價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)、人本主義的理論和當(dāng)代全球化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的時(shí)代背景和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的形勢(shì)下大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀培養(yǎng)及其形成過(guò)程中實(shí)際出現(xiàn)的新情況幾個(gè)角度為強(qiáng)調(diào)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀的培養(yǎng)提供理論和實(shí)踐的依據(jù)。 第三部分,分析當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀培養(yǎng)的對(duì)策。首先明確了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀培養(yǎng)的三個(gè)原則---理解性原則、主體性原則、實(shí)踐性原則。接著本文就當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀的培養(yǎng)離不開(kāi)大學(xué)生自身的主觀努力,同時(shí)大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀是在一定的社會(huì)環(huán)境和時(shí)代背景下產(chǎn)生的分析,指出對(duì)大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀的培養(yǎng)和建構(gòu)也是一個(gè)龐大的社會(huì)系統(tǒng)工程,需要全社會(huì)各方面的共同努力來(lái)協(xié)同完成。至此,大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀的培養(yǎng)應(yīng)從兩方面著手,既注重大學(xué)生自身內(nèi)在心理的的修煉、自身主觀的努力,又要注重外在環(huán)境的構(gòu)建和創(chuàng)造兩方面對(duì)大學(xué)生自我價(jià)值觀培養(yǎng)提出了一系列的對(duì)策和路徑。
[Abstract]:The value problem has been paid more and more attention by sociologists, ethicists, psychologists and management experts in recent years, and college students, as an important part of today's social groups, have their values, especially the self-understanding and evaluation of the value of self-respect. The orientation and choice are closely related to the changes of social politics, economy and cultural structure. To strengthen the cultivation of the self-value of contemporary college students, based on the social background of the socialist market economy and the background of globalization and information, The paper analyses and studies the influence of the whole social change on the self-value of the college students and the self-worth of the college students. It is of great theoretical and practical value to realize the self-value realization and the whole social progress of the college students. On the basis of the existing research, the paper discusses the connotation, function and characteristics of the self-value on the basis of the reference and study of the literature material, based on the formation process and characteristics of the current college students' self-values. This paper expounds the connotation and the concrete performance of the self-value cultivation of the college students, analyzes the theoretical basis and the practical need for cultivating the self-value of the college students, and probes into the concrete countermeasures for the cultivation of the current situation of the self-value cultivation of the contemporary college students.
