【摘要】：高校維穩(wěn)是一種以學(xué)生、教師的利益為本,協(xié)調(diào)各方利益訴求,化解矛盾,維持高校和諧穩(wěn)定的動態(tài)過程。高校穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)是社會穩(wěn)定的重要衡量指標(biāo),高校維穩(wěn)是社會維穩(wěn)工作關(guān)鍵且重要的一環(huán),是社會維穩(wěn)的重要組成部分。為了維持高校穩(wěn)定,我們有必要創(chuàng)新維穩(wěn)新思路,從社會管理視角出發(fā),引入公共服務(wù)理念,將高校維穩(wěn)由機關(guān)維穩(wěn)向社會維穩(wěn)轉(zhuǎn)變,為高校各方利益群體提供一種利益表達(dá)、利益訴求、利益協(xié)調(diào)的運轉(zhuǎn)機制。
[Abstract]:The maintenance of stability in colleges and universities is a dynamic process based on the interests of students and teachers, coordinating the interests of all parties, resolving contradictions and maintaining harmony and stability in colleges and universities. The stability state of colleges and universities is an important index to measure social stability, and the stability of colleges and universities is a key and important link in the work of social stability, and it is an important part of social stability. In order to maintain the stability of colleges and universities, it is necessary for us to innovate the new idea of maintaining stability, introduce the concept of public service from the perspective of social management, change the stability of colleges and universities from institutional stability to social stability, and provide a kind of interest expression for the interest groups of all parties in colleges and universities.
