【摘要】：高校的招生信息管理工作一直是高校工作中的重要組成部分,是一項十分細致而復雜的工作。隨著高校辦學規(guī)模的擴大和內(nèi)涵的豐富,招生信息量日益增加,職能部門必須積極應對并不斷解決新的問題。信息智能化管理,是招生工作中的一個極為重要的環(huán)節(jié),是呆證招生工作順利進行以及學校其他工作順利開展的關鍵。本文在總結(jié)我校招生信息管理經(jīng)驗的基礎上,利用從全國普通高校招生系統(tǒng)中導出的招生數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合現(xiàn)代計算機技術,昔助Visual FoxPro的強大功能,開發(fā)了招生信息智能化管理系統(tǒng)。 本系統(tǒng)與普通高校網(wǎng)上錄取系統(tǒng)緊密結(jié)合,以可視化的界面進行信息數(shù)據(jù)的管理,主要實現(xiàn)了新生信息導入、學生信息的查詢與瀏覽、學生錄取信息的調(diào)整與修改、各種報表與面單的打印和招生信息的統(tǒng)計分析等功能。通過該系統(tǒng),招生工作人員能夠?qū)崟r掌握招生程中的各項信息和及時、準確的處理招生期間的各項事物,是提高招生工作效率的得力助手。 本文介紹了與招生信息管理系統(tǒng)相關的數(shù)據(jù)庫技術,數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)、Visual FoxPro等的基本內(nèi)容及發(fā)展情況,重點介紹了系統(tǒng)的總體設計、詳細設計、功能實現(xiàn)等主體部分。亥系統(tǒng)的成功開發(fā)對我校招生工作的順利進行及后期數(shù)據(jù)處理起到較好的作用。招生數(shù)據(jù)處理的自動化程度進一步提高,有助于使整個招生、教學管理工作更高效、更系統(tǒng)、更科學。
[Abstract]:The management of enrollment information in colleges and universities has always been an important part of the work of colleges and universities, is a very detailed and complex work. With the expansion of the scale of running schools and the enrichment of connotation, the amount of enrollment information is increasing day by day, so the functional departments must actively deal with and solve new problems. The intelligent management of information is a very important link in the enrollment work, and it is the key to the smooth progress of the enrollment work and other work of the school. On the basis of summing up the experience of enrollment information management in our university, this paper develops an intelligent management system of enrollment information by using the enrollment data derived from the enrollment system of colleges and universities in China and combining with modern computer technology and the powerful function of Visual FoxPro. This system is closely combined with the online admission system of colleges and universities, and manages the information data with visual interface, which mainly realizes the introduction of freshman information, the query and browsing of student information, and the adjustment and modification of student admission information. All kinds of report and face sheet printing and enrollment information statistical analysis and other functions. Through this system, the enrollment staff can master the information in the recruitment process in real time and deal with all kinds of things in the enrollment period accurately, which is the right assistant to improve the efficiency of the enrollment work. This paper introduces the database technology related to enrollment information management system, the basic content and development of database management system, Visual FoxPro, with emphasis on the overall design, detailed design, function realization and other main parts of the system. The successful development of Hai system plays a good role in the smooth progress of enrollment and data processing in our school. The automation of enrollment data processing is further improved, which is helpful to make the whole enrollment and teaching management more efficient, systematic and scientific.
