【摘要】：社會發(fā)展既需要發(fā)現(xiàn)知識和探索客觀規(guī)律的研究型人才,也需要運(yùn)用專業(yè)知識和客觀規(guī)律到實(shí)際生產(chǎn)之中,為社會直接創(chuàng)造利益的應(yīng)用型人才。新建本科院校要以培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才為主要任務(wù)。應(yīng)用型人才的知識、能力、素質(zhì)既有共性要求,也存在個(gè)性特征。在應(yīng)用型人才的培養(yǎng)實(shí)踐中,合理確定應(yīng)用型人才的知識、能力、素質(zhì)要素是新建本科院校應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)模式改革順利進(jìn)行的前提。
[Abstract]:Social development not only needs to discover knowledge and explore objective laws of research-oriented talents, but also needs to use professional knowledge and objective laws into practical production, directly create benefits for the society. Newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities should take the training of applied talents as the main task. The knowledge, ability and quality of applied talents have both common requirements and individual characteristics. In the practice of training applied talents, reasonable determination of the knowledge, ability and quality elements of applied talents is the premise of the successful reform of applied talents training mode in newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities.
