【摘要】：學(xué)科建設(shè)與專業(yè)建設(shè)是高校建設(shè)的主要內(nèi)容，學(xué)科建設(shè)側(cè)重于學(xué)術(shù)的發(fā)展與科學(xué)知識(shí)的創(chuàng)新，專業(yè)建設(shè)則側(cè)重于人才的培養(yǎng)，它與社會(huì)人才需求有著密切的聯(lián)系。本文通過(guò)回顧人才需求與專業(yè)建設(shè)的發(fā)展歷史，對(duì)不同時(shí)期的人才需求與專業(yè)建設(shè)關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究，認(rèn)為，人才需求是高校專業(yè)建設(shè)的根本動(dòng)力與源泉。盡管高校專業(yè)建設(shè)的發(fā)展與改革要以人才需求為重要導(dǎo)向，，但高校不能盲目、功利地奉承社會(huì)需求，并以職業(yè)至上主義來(lái)調(diào)整其專業(yè)建設(shè)，因?yàn)楦咝＿�背負(fù)著傳承科學(xué)知識(shí)和科學(xué)研究的責(zé)任。因此，高校在進(jìn)行專業(yè)建設(shè)時(shí)，要科學(xué)地以社會(huì)人才需求為導(dǎo)向，處理好學(xué)科建設(shè)與專業(yè)建設(shè)的關(guān)系，及時(shí)進(jìn)行專業(yè)調(diào)整，努力適應(yīng)社會(huì)需求，貫徹好高校的人才培養(yǎng)與社會(huì)服務(wù)職能。 本文先從歷史的角度研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外專業(yè)發(fā)展與人才需求的關(guān)系，表明人才需求的變化是高校專業(yè)發(fā)展的根本動(dòng)力；其次通過(guò)對(duì)用人單位的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查分析了當(dāng)前人才需求的特征，討論了當(dāng)前高校如何調(diào)整專業(yè)建設(shè)內(nèi)容以適應(yīng)社會(huì)人才的需求；最后總結(jié)了人才需求與高校專業(yè)建設(shè)的關(guān)系，分析了人才需求變化性與專業(yè)建設(shè)穩(wěn)定性的關(guān)系以及在不同經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下二者的關(guān)系的特點(diǎn)，同時(shí)指出了當(dāng)前專業(yè)建設(shè)與人才需求適應(yīng)性問(wèn)題，并提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:Discipline construction and specialty construction are the main contents of the construction of colleges and universities. Discipline construction focuses on academic development and innovation of scientific knowledge, while specialty construction emphasizes on the cultivation of talents, which is closely related to the needs of social talents. By reviewing the development history of talent demand and specialty construction, this paper studies the relationship between talent demand and specialty construction in different periods, and holds that talent demand is the fundamental motive force and source of specialty construction in colleges and universities. Although the development and reform of professional construction in colleges and universities should be guided by the demand for talents, colleges and universities should not blindly and utilitarian flatter the needs of the society, and adjust their professional construction with occupational supremacy. Because colleges and universities also bear the responsibility of inheriting scientific knowledge and scientific research. Therefore, colleges and universities should scientifically guide the needs of social talents, deal well with the relationship between discipline construction and specialty construction, make timely professional adjustments, and strive to adapt to the needs of the society. Carry out the talent training and social service function of colleges and universities. Firstly, this paper studies the relationship between professional development and talent demand at home and abroad from a historical point of view, which shows that the change of talent demand is the fundamental driving force for the professional development of colleges and universities. Secondly, through the questionnaire survey of employers, this paper analyzes the characteristics of current talent demand, and discusses how to adjust the content of specialty construction in colleges and universities to meet the needs of social talents. Finally, this paper summarizes the relationship between talent demand and specialty construction in colleges and universities, analyzes the relationship between the variation of talent demand and the stability of specialty construction, and the characteristics of the relationship between them under different economic systems. At the same time, this paper points out the problem of the adaptability between professional construction and talent demand, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
