【摘要】：高校在國家科研力量中占據(jù)重要地位,其科研效率得到廣泛關(guān)注,由此運用DEA方法對28所高校的科研效率進行評價,結(jié)果顯示所選高�？蒲锌冃Я己�。對弱DEA有效以及非DEA有效的高校從技術(shù)和規(guī)模上提出改進方法,并且從學(xué)校自身和外界方面提出改進建議。針對DEA本身的特點,運用交叉評價模型對相對DEA有效的高校進行評價,部分高校存在投入產(chǎn)出不平衡現(xiàn)象。通過運用DEA方法和交叉評價模型為各個高校認(rèn)識其不足提供現(xiàn)實可能。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities play an important role in the national scientific research, and their scientific research efficiency is paid more and more attention. The DEA method is used to evaluate the scientific research efficiency of 28 colleges and universities. The results show that the selected universities have good scientific research performance. To the weak DEA effective and non-DEA effective colleges and universities from the technical and scale improvement methods, and from the school itself and the outside world to put forward suggestions for improvement. According to the characteristics of DEA itself, the cross-evaluation model is used to evaluate the universities which are effective relative to DEA. Some colleges and universities have input-output imbalance phenomenon. By using the DEA method and the cross-evaluation model, it is possible for each university to recognize its shortcomings.
