物理師范生課堂教學(xué)技能培養(yǎng)的個(gè)案研究
[Abstract]:As we all know, school education is the main battlefield of quality education. In school education, classroom teaching is the main channel of implementing quality education and the core link of school education guarantee system. The quality of teachers directly affects the quality of students' cultivation. Classroom teaching skills are an important part of teachers' quality, which plays a basic role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching. Normal students will be engaged in basic education after graduation, so it is very important to cultivate and improve their classroom teaching skills. Thus, the training of normal students' classroom teaching skills has its research value and significance. The author takes F, a physics normal college student in D University, as the research object, through literature method, case method and observation method. And the study object F in the early, middle and late stages of classroom teaching research. The author sets up an observation table of six physics normal students' classroom teaching skills, and analyzes the introduction skills, teaching language skills, demonstration experiment skills, questioning skills, blackboard drawing skills and closing skills of F in the teaching process one by one. Through the observation and analysis of classroom teaching, it can be seen that professional knowledge and educational theory are the basic guarantee for normal students to cultivate classroom teaching skills, and practical teaching activities are helpful for normal students to cultivate and improve their classroom teaching skills. The purpose of this study is to provide effective methods and approaches for cultivating physics normal students' classroom teaching skills.
