【摘要】：眾所周知，學(xué)校教育是素質(zhì)教育的主戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)。在學(xué)校教育中，課堂教學(xué)是實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育的主渠道，是學(xué)校教育保障體系中的核心環(huán)節(jié)。教師的素質(zhì)直接影響學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，課堂教學(xué)技能是教師素質(zhì)的重要組成部分，它對(duì)保障課堂教學(xué)的優(yōu)質(zhì)高效發(fā)揮著基本的作用。師范生畢業(yè)后將從事基礎(chǔ)教育工作，他們的課堂教學(xué)技能的培養(yǎng)和提高顯得尤為重要。由此可見，師范生課堂教學(xué)技能的培養(yǎng)有其研究?jī)r(jià)值和意義。 筆者以D大學(xué)1名物理師范生F為研究對(duì)象，通過文獻(xiàn)法、個(gè)案法和觀察法展開研究。并且抽取研究對(duì)象F在觀察的前期、中期和后期三個(gè)不同階段的課堂教學(xué)進(jìn)行研究。筆者建立了6個(gè)物理師范生課堂教學(xué)技能的觀察表，逐一細(xì)致地分析F在教學(xué)過程中的導(dǎo)入技能、教學(xué)語(yǔ)言技能、演示實(shí)驗(yàn)技能、提問技能、板書板畫技能和結(jié)束技能。通過課堂教學(xué)的觀察和分析看出：專業(yè)知識(shí)、教育理論是師范生培養(yǎng)課堂教學(xué)技能的基礎(chǔ)保障，，教學(xué)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)有助于師范生培養(yǎng)和提高課堂教學(xué)技能。通過本研究希望能為培養(yǎng)物理師范生課堂教學(xué)技能提供有效方法和途徑。
[Abstract]:As we all know, school education is the main battlefield of quality education. In school education, classroom teaching is the main channel of implementing quality education and the core link of school education guarantee system. The quality of teachers directly affects the quality of students' cultivation. Classroom teaching skills are an important part of teachers' quality, which plays a basic role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching. Normal students will be engaged in basic education after graduation, so it is very important to cultivate and improve their classroom teaching skills. Thus, the training of normal students' classroom teaching skills has its research value and significance. The author takes F, a physics normal college student in D University, as the research object, through literature method, case method and observation method. And the study object F in the early, middle and late stages of classroom teaching research. The author sets up an observation table of six physics normal students' classroom teaching skills, and analyzes the introduction skills, teaching language skills, demonstration experiment skills, questioning skills, blackboard drawing skills and closing skills of F in the teaching process one by one. Through the observation and analysis of classroom teaching, it can be seen that professional knowledge and educational theory are the basic guarantee for normal students to cultivate classroom teaching skills, and practical teaching activities are helpful for normal students to cultivate and improve their classroom teaching skills. The purpose of this study is to provide effective methods and approaches for cultivating physics normal students' classroom teaching skills.
