【摘要】：文章分別抽取我國東部、中部、西部十所高校2000名大學生,從他們成才需要、成才目標、成才態(tài)度以及成才外部動力中對社會壓力、父母期望、學校教育的看法和評價,分析出大學生成才需要層次低、成才目標踐行力弱、成才態(tài)度易變、社會現(xiàn)實壓力大、大學生與家長之間成才認知偏差、學校教育未能充分發(fā)揮作用等問題,針對這些問題提出了相應的對策建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 2000 college students from ten universities in the east, middle and west of China are selected, and their opinions and evaluation on social pressure, parents' expectation and school education are given in terms of their needs, goals, attitude and motivation. The problems such as low level of college students' need for talents, weak ability to practice their goals, changeable attitude, great social pressure, cognitive bias between college students and their parents, and the failure of school education to play a full role are analyzed. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in view of these problems.
