以文化育人促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展

【摘要】:正當(dāng)前,高等學(xué)校要加強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng)模式改革,堅(jiān)持用"文化育人"理念引領(lǐng)和帶動(dòng)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展,堅(jiān)決反對(duì)工具化、功利化傾向。目前來看,大學(xué)文化育人這一新探索相對(duì)于單一的道德育人、知識(shí)育人和專業(yè)育人而言,更加強(qiáng)調(diào)文化對(duì)人的培養(yǎng)的整合性和深入性,體現(xiàn)出一種基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)勢(shì)和前瞻眼光,逐漸成為人才培養(yǎng)的基本共識(shí)和價(jià)值目標(biāo)。文化育人,就是以文化人,就是大學(xué)要將自身生產(chǎn)和保存的核心信仰、藝術(shù)、道德、知識(shí)等精神文化和制度文化傳遞
[Abstract]:At present, colleges and universities should strengthen the reform of talent training mode, persist in guiding and driving students' all-round development with the concept of "cultural education", and resolutely oppose the tendency of instrumentalization and utilitarianism. At present, compared with the single moral education, knowledge education and professional education, the new exploration of university culture education emphasizes the integration and depth of culture to the cultivation of human beings, which reflects a basic advantage and foresight. Gradually become the basic common understanding and value goal of talent training. Cultural education is the transmission of spiritual, cultural and institutional cultures, such as the core beliefs, arts, morals, and knowledge produced and preserved by universities.
