【摘要】：知識創(chuàng)新協(xié)同指科研機構與高校借助合作網(wǎng)絡達成戰(zhàn)略、組織及資源的協(xié)同,推動知識創(chuàng)新、擴散及應用的現(xiàn)象。有別于傳統(tǒng)知識創(chuàng)新方式,知識創(chuàng)新協(xié)同具有其獨有的特征。分析了知識創(chuàng)新協(xié)同效應的三大表現(xiàn)形式,概括總結了知識創(chuàng)新協(xié)同的兩種模式,即合作協(xié)議模式與共建實驗室(所)模式。通過構建博弈模型,對科研機構與高校的非合作模式及兩種協(xié)同模式的最優(yōu)科技投資水平、期望凈利潤進行了比較研究,結果表明共建實驗室(所)的經(jīng)濟效率最高。
[Abstract]:Knowledge innovation synergy refers to the phenomenon that scientific research institutions and colleges and universities reach a strategy with the aid of cooperative networks, organize and coordinate resources, and promote knowledge innovation, diffusion and application. Different from traditional knowledge innovation, knowledge innovation collaboration has its unique characteristics. This paper analyzes the three forms of knowledge innovation synergy, and summarizes two modes of knowledge innovation synergy, that is, cooperation agreement model and co-construction laboratory model. By constructing a game model, this paper makes a comparative study on the optimal investment level of science and technology and the expected net profit of the non-cooperative mode and the two cooperative modes of scientific research institutions and universities. The results show that the co-built laboratories have the highest economic efficiency.
