【摘要】：創(chuàng)新型人才是一個國家和社會得以進步的永續(xù)資源,當今各國都把創(chuàng)新型人才的培養(yǎng)作為經(jīng)濟社會持續(xù)發(fā)展的制高點。本文探討大學培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才的主要實現(xiàn)途徑。重點探討人文通識課程在創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)中的重要作用,提出創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)的人文通識課程體系的初步構想,使人文類通識課程教學實踐真正成為培養(yǎng)具有人文精神、創(chuàng)新精神、創(chuàng)新能力和廣闊視野的創(chuàng)新型人才不可缺少的實現(xiàn)途經(jīng)之一。
[Abstract]:Innovative talents are the sustainable resources for a country and society to make progress. Nowadays, all countries regard the cultivation of innovative talents as the commanding point of sustainable economic and social development. This paper discusses the main ways to realize the cultivation of innovative talents in universities. This paper mainly discusses the important role of humanities general knowledge course in the cultivation of innovative talents, and puts forward the preliminary conception of the humanities general knowledge course system of innovative talents training, so that the teaching practice of humanities general knowledge course becomes the cultivation of humanistic spirit. Innovation spirit, innovation ability and broad vision of innovative talents are indispensable ways to achieve.
