【摘要】：要知明天的社會(huì),先看今天的校園。當(dāng)前,不斷蔓延的社會(huì)誠(chéng)信危機(jī)正成為文化崛起、民族復(fù)興道路上一只異常兇猛的攔路虎,它對(duì)大學(xué)校園已經(jīng)造成了巨大的影響和沖擊。加大對(duì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期道德文化研究,特別是誠(chéng)信問(wèn)題的研究,從高等教育源頭上解決失信問(wèn)題,越來(lái)越成為社會(huì)高度熱議的重大課題,也是高校必須正視和著力解決的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。本文高度聚焦社會(huì)誠(chéng)信危機(jī)大背景下的誠(chéng)信校園建設(shè)問(wèn)題,既有回顧,又有前瞻。文章對(duì)社會(huì)誠(chéng)信現(xiàn)狀、誠(chéng)信危機(jī)作了分析,從誠(chéng)信缺失的表現(xiàn)、原因及后果、如何正確看待愈演愈烈的誠(chéng)信形勢(shì)等方面,全面梳理了高校誠(chéng)信校園建設(shè)的復(fù)雜社會(huì)背景,為探索復(fù)雜環(huán)境下的誠(chéng)信校園建設(shè)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)合高校自身出現(xiàn)的誠(chéng)信問(wèn)題,文章梳理了現(xiàn)階段教師、學(xué)生誠(chéng)信問(wèn)題和失信原因、表現(xiàn),提出了誠(chéng)信校園建設(shè)的原則、策略與舉措,應(yīng)處理好源與流、權(quán)力與道德、公民與社會(huì)三對(duì)關(guān)系,找準(zhǔn)校園建設(shè)的五大著力點(diǎn)等。文章還提出了對(duì)誠(chéng)信建設(shè)的困惑和深層思考。結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)專家學(xué)者的研究成果,筆者進(jìn)一步研究認(rèn)為,誠(chéng)信校園建設(shè)需要有系統(tǒng)思維和一攬子政策措施,更需要強(qiáng)力推進(jìn)。除了完善制度、加強(qiáng)個(gè)人修養(yǎng)、改善社會(huì)大環(huán)境之外,關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域、關(guān)鍵人群的示范引領(lǐng)至關(guān)重要。循著這樣的思路,本文對(duì)高校誠(chéng)信校園建設(shè)提出了自己的意見(jiàn)和建議,并衷心期待中國(guó)高等教育盡早迎來(lái)風(fēng)清氣正、學(xué)教雙馨的良好發(fā)展局面。
[Abstract]:To know tomorrow's society, first look at today's campus. At present, the spreading crisis of social integrity is becoming the rise of culture, an extremely fierce road block on the road of national rejuvenation, which has had a huge impact on the university campus. To increase the study of moral culture in the period of social transformation, especially the study of honesty and credit, and to solve the problem of dishonesty from the source of higher education, has become a hot topic in the society, and it is also a realistic problem that colleges and universities must face up to and focus on. This paper focuses on the construction of honesty campus under the background of social credit crisis. This paper analyzes the present situation of social honesty and credit crisis, analyzes the complex social background of the construction of honesty and credit campus in colleges and universities from the aspects of the expression, causes and consequences of the lack of honesty and credit, and how to correctly treat the increasingly fierce situation of honesty and credit, and so on. It lays a foundation for exploring the construction of honest campus under complex environment. Combined with the problems of honesty and credit in colleges and universities, this paper combs the problems of honesty and credit of teachers and students and the reasons of dishonesty, and puts forward the principles, strategies and measures of the construction of honesty and credit campus, which should deal well with the source and flow, power and morality, and so on. Three pairs of relationship between citizens and society, to find the five key points of campus construction. The article also puts forward the confusion and deep thinking on the construction of honesty and credit. Combined with the research results of domestic experts and scholars, the author further studies that the construction of integrity campus needs systematic thinking and a package of policy measures, but also needs to be vigorously promoted. In addition to perfecting the system, strengthening personal cultivation and improving the social environment, it is very important to demonstrate and guide key people in key areas. Following this way of thinking, this paper puts forward my own opinions and suggestions on the construction of honest campus in colleges and universities, and sincerely looks forward to the good development of Chinese higher education as soon as possible.
