【摘要】：輔導(dǎo)員是高校思想政治教育三支隊伍中的骨干力量,他們貼近學生生活實際,其行為潛移默化的影響著學生思想觀念的形成。另外,學生的個性多樣化和需求廣泛化,都給輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)提出了更高的挑戰(zhàn)。為了提升我省學生思想政治教育的水平,加強我省普通高校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)勢在必行。 本文從人才建設(shè)的角度,借鑒人才建設(shè)中的相關(guān)理論,研究了黑龍江省普通高校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍的建設(shè)問題。通過電話采訪和實地調(diào)研相結(jié)合的方式,以及對相關(guān)政策文件的梳理,對黑龍省普通高校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)的環(huán)境進行研究,深刻分析了黑龍江省普通高校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)的研究現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)當前輔導(dǎo)員隊伍機制建設(shè)過程中實際存在的問題,并找到關(guān)鍵癥結(jié),力求為我省普通高校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)提供有力的理論指導(dǎo)和實踐參考。站在人才建設(shè)的高度,從教育行政管理部門、高校、輔導(dǎo)員自身三個角度,提出應(yīng)對高校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)問題的策略,力求發(fā)揮合力作用,多角度解決我省高校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)問題。
[Abstract]:Counselors are the backbone of the three groups of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. They are close to the reality of students' life and their behavior has a subtle influence on the formation of students' ideas. In addition, the diversity of students' personality and the wide range of needs have posed a higher challenge to the construction of counselors. In order to improve the level of ideological and political education of students in our province, it is imperative to strengthen the construction of college counselors in our province. Based on the theory of talent construction, this paper studies the construction of counselors in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province. Through the combination of telephone interview and field investigation, as well as the combing of relevant policy documents, this paper studies the construction environment of college counselors in Heilong province. This paper deeply analyzes the research status of counselors' team construction in ordinary colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, finds out the actual problems existing in the process of the construction of counselors' team mechanism, and finds out the key sticking points. To provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the construction of college counselors in our province. From the perspective of education administration department, university and counselors themselves, this paper puts forward the strategies to deal with the problems of college counselors' team construction, and tries to play a joint role in the construction of college counselors. To solve the problem of college counselors team construction in our province from many angles.
