【摘要】：在知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代，高等教育成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基本動力。如何使二者協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，并且適應(yīng)知識經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要，實(shí)現(xiàn)到21世紀(jì)中葉我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會綜合實(shí)力達(dá)到中等發(fā)達(dá)國家水平的跨越式發(fā)展，是擺在我們面前的一項艱巨的任務(wù)。 牡丹江大學(xué)是黑龍江省高校之一，正力爭2020年達(dá)到國家級示范性高職高專的目標(biāo)。2010年6月，經(jīng)海林市發(fā)展改革局批準(zhǔn)在海林市建立海林校區(qū)。 本文通過訪談法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法對牡丹江大學(xué)海林校區(qū)對海林市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響進(jìn)行了調(diào)查，分析了牡丹江大學(xué)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的過程中存在的不足，努力探索適應(yīng)牡丹江大學(xué)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的互動模式，提出牡丹江大學(xué)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對策是重視決策、人才培養(yǎng)和師資等“機(jī)制因素”。并通過歸納得出以下結(jié)論： 1海林市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展所需的人才短缺，人力資源不足；牡丹江大學(xué)需要再有一個政府的支持，需要更多的企業(yè)平臺。 2牡丹江大學(xué)在海林市總投資將達(dá)到3.5億元人民幣，目前每年消費(fèi)2千萬元，帶動當(dāng)?shù)?千人就業(yè)，，直接拉動了海林市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。這種拉動將是連續(xù)不斷的，而且隨著二期工程的投入使用，消費(fèi)拉動還會升高。 3牡丹江大學(xué)海林校區(qū)確實(shí)拉動了當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，帶動了就業(yè)，開始為地方輸送緊俏的人才。雙方的合作還處于初級階段，合作方式更多地是基本的和表面的，還有很大的潛力和空間。 4牡丹江大學(xué)海林校區(qū)對海林市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的最大動因是為地方培養(yǎng)出高品質(zhì)的人才�；貧w了高職教育的基本功能。這也符合“新增長理論”認(rèn)為的內(nèi)生的技術(shù)進(jìn)步是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的決定因素的有關(guān)論斷。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, higher education has become the basic motive force of regional economic development. How to make the two develop harmoniously and adapt to the needs of knowledge economy development and realize the leap-forward development of our country's economic and social comprehensive strength to the level of medium developed country by the middle of 21st century is a difficult task before us. Mudanjiang University is one of the universities in Heilongjiang Province, and is striving to reach the goal of national exemplary higher vocational colleges by 2020. In June 2010, Hailin City Development and Reform Bureau approved the establishment of Hailin Campus in Hailin City. This paper investigates the influence of Hailin campus of Mudanjiang University on the development of county economy in Hailin City by means of interview, literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. This paper analyzes the shortcomings in the development of Mudanjiang University and regional economy, tries to explore the interactive mode of adapting Mudanjiang University and regional economic development, and puts forward the countermeasures of coordinated development between Mudanjiang University and regional economy. Personnel training and teachers and other "institutional factors." And draw the following conclusions: 1the shortage of human resources and the shortage of human resources for the economic development of Hailin; Mudanjiang University needs another government support. 2 the total investment of Mudanjiang University in Hailin City will reach 350 million yuan, and the current annual consumption of 20 million yuan will lead to the employment of 1,000 local people, which directly contributes to the economic development of Hailin City. This kind of pull will be continuous, and with the investment and use of the second phase of the project, the consumption pull will increase. 3 the Hailin campus of Mudanjiang University has indeed stimulated the development of the local economy and brought about employment. Start sending tight talent to the place. The cooperation between the two sides is still at an early stage, and the mode of cooperation is more basic and superficial. There is also great potential and space. 4 the biggest motivation of Hailin campus of Mudanjiang University for the economic development of Hailin City is to train high-quality talents for the local areas. Return to the basic functions of higher vocational education. This also accords with the theory that endogenous technological progress is the determinant of economic growth.
