獨立學院大學生情感教育缺失與完善研究

【摘要】:當今大學生都是90后的天之驕子,是成長在改革開放的成果與百姓共同分享的一代,是物質(zhì)生活和精神生活極其富裕的一代。而正是這樣得天獨厚的一代,將要承擔著在復雜的國際環(huán)境中使中華民族奮勇崛起和構建社會主義和諧社會的重任。因此,他們自身的情感狀況,他們的身心和人格的發(fā)展,則關系到整個中華民族的復興和祖國未來的繁榮昌盛。雖然在教育界,理論家與教育家們已經(jīng)認識到了情感教育的重要性,但在高校中,尤其是特殊的民辦獨立院校中,情感教育的作用并未得到充分的重視。本論文試圖通過獨立院校這一特殊的辦學主體,對獨立學院大學生情感教育進行研究,通過分析情感教育在獨立學院中所起的作用,并對在情感教育實施過程中存在的問題以及問題形成的原因進行分析,從而尋找到適合獨立學院大學生進行情感教育的有效途徑,為現(xiàn)今獨立學院大學生的情感教育提供一定的幫助。 全文共分為四個部分: 第一部分,主要是對相關概念做出界定,從情感的內(nèi)涵入手,說明情感教育的涵義與特征;同時說明獨立學院的涵義和特點。 第二部分,針對獨立學院的特點,說明情感教育的內(nèi)容,以及對獨立學院大學生實施情感教育對于學院自身的存在和發(fā)展有何種意義。 第三部分,首先對獨立學院大學生情感教育過程中存在的問題進行分析,進而找出造成這些問題存在的主要原因,從而對民辦獨立學院中大學生的情感教育現(xiàn)狀進行全面地了解和把握。 第四部分,依據(jù)前三部分對獨立學院大學生情感教育各個方面的分析,有針對性的提出完善獨立學院大學生情感教育的有效措施,即明確情感教育的目標;轉變教育理念,樹立以人為本的指導思想;提高學生的認知能力;通過“人才強校”戰(zhàn)略,建立起一支適應時代要求的高素質(zhì)教師隊伍;建章立制,健全黨組織機構;構建多元化的情感教育體系;設立專項經(jīng)費,建立穩(wěn)定的社會實踐基地等。獨立學院從不同的角度和層次,依據(jù)實際情況,完善對大學生的情感教育。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, college students are the proud children of the post-90s generation, who grew up in the fruits of reform and opening to the outside world to share with the common people, and are extremely rich in material and spiritual life. And it is this unique generation that will bear the heavy responsibility of making the Chinese nation rise courageously and build a harmonious socialist society in the complex international environment. Therefore, their own emotional condition, their physical, mental and personality development are related to the rejuvenation of the whole Chinese nation and the future prosperity of the motherland. Although theorists and educators have realized the importance of emotional education in the educational field, the role of emotional education has not been paid enough attention to in colleges and universities, especially in the special independent private institutions. This paper attempts to study the emotional education of college students through the independent college, which is a special subject of running a school, and analyzes the role of emotional education in the independent college. It also analyzes the problems existing in the process of implementing emotional education and the causes of the problems, so as to find an effective way to carry out emotional education for college students in independent colleges. To provide some help for the emotional education of college students. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part is to define the related concepts, from the connotation of emotion, to explain the meaning and characteristics of emotional education; at the same time, to explain the meaning and characteristics of independent college. The second part, according to the characteristics of independent college, explains the content of emotional education, and the significance of emotional education for the existence and development of independent college students. The third part first analyzes the problems existing in the process of emotional education of college students in independent colleges, and then finds out the main causes of these problems. Therefore, the present situation of college students' emotional education in private independent colleges is comprehensively understood and grasped. The fourth part, according to the first three parts of the analysis of the emotional education of independent college students in all aspects, pertinently put forward the effective measures to improve the emotional education of independent college students, that is, to clarify the objectives of emotional education; to change the concept of education, Set up the guiding ideology of people-oriented, improve the students' cognitive ability, establish a contingent of high-quality teachers to meet the needs of the times, establish rules and regulations, and improve the Party's organizational structure through the strategy of "strengthening schools by talents"; Build a diversified emotional education system, set up special funds, establish a stable social practice base.
