高校教育管理制度人性化研究

【摘要】:當今的時代是一個知識大爆炸、信息網(wǎng)絡化、政治多極化、經(jīng)濟全球化的時代,處于這樣一個時代的大學生顯得個性更加張揚、自主意識不斷增強。以“管、卡、壓”為特征的傳統(tǒng)的灌輸式或強制性的高校教育管理方式已經(jīng)不能適應形勢發(fā)展的需要,中國高等教育需要新的思維和思想的深度,需要品質(zhì)的改善和境界的提升,需要文化的轉換和制度創(chuàng)新。時代呼喚更加人性化高校教育管理制度。高校教育管理制度人性化,既重視以制度化、理性化為基礎,又特別強調(diào)尊重大學生的個性,發(fā)揮大學生的潛能,營造一個更為和諧寬松的管理氛圍,以最大限度地調(diào)動大學師生的主動性和創(chuàng)造性。 本文探討了高校教育管理制度的內(nèi)涵與現(xiàn)狀。高校教育管理主要包括教學管理、行政管理和學生思想政治工作等,管理手段以制度化管理為主,管理對象是人,即高校學生和教師。改革開放以來,我國高校教育管理制度建設取得顯著的成績,但仍然面臨管理制度剛性約束、教育行政化現(xiàn)實和學生權益保護不夠等問題。 本文分析了高校教育管理制度人性化的客觀必要性。高校教育管理制度人性化,就是在實施教育管理的過程中充分尊重教師和大學生的意愿,充分體現(xiàn)對人的終極關懷,充分挖掘大學生的潛力。高校教育制度管理人性化是根源人的本質(zhì)屬性的相互制約、適應經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的迫切需要和符合高校素質(zhì)教育的客觀要求。民主平等、以人為本、個性發(fā)展和科學評價是高校教育管理制度人性化的基本要求。 本文提出了建立人性化高校教育管理制度的對策。高校教育管理制度人性化是一項復雜的系統(tǒng)工程,可以從以政策、機制、教授治校和獨立自由等方面構建符合人性化高校教育管理制度,以期促進高校教育質(zhì)量的全面提高和大學生的自由全面可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge explosion, information networking, political multi-polarization and economic globalization, college students in such an era appear to be more personal and self-conscious. The traditional mode of education administration, which is characterized by "tube, card and pressure", can no longer meet the needs of the development of the situation. China's higher education needs new thinking and depth of thinking. It needs the improvement of quality and state, the transformation of culture and the innovation of system. The times call for a more humane educational management system in colleges and universities. The humanization of the educational management system in colleges and universities not only emphasizes on the basis of institutionalization and rationalization, but also emphasizes on respecting the personality of college students, giving full play to their potential, and creating a more harmonious and relaxed management atmosphere. To maximize the initiative and creativity of university teachers and students. This paper discusses the connotation and present situation of educational management system in colleges and universities. College education management mainly includes teaching management, administrative management and students' ideological and political work. The management means are mainly systematized management, and the management object is people, that is, college students and teachers. Since the reform and opening up, the construction of educational management system in colleges and universities in China has made remarkable achievements, but it still faces the rigid constraints of management system, the reality of education administration and the insufficient protection of students' rights and interests. This paper analyzes the objective necessity of humanization of educational management system in colleges and universities. Humanization of educational management system in colleges and universities is to fully respect the wishes of teachers and college students, fully embody the ultimate concern for human beings, and fully tap the potential of college students in the process of carrying out educational management. The humanization of educational system management in colleges and universities is the mutual restriction of people's essential attribute, which meets the urgent needs of economic and social development and meets the objective requirements of quality education in colleges and universities. Democracy and equality, humanism, personality development and scientific evaluation are the basic requirements of humanization of educational management system in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of establishing humanized educational management system in colleges and universities. The humanization of university education management system is a complicated systematic project, which can be constructed from the aspects of policy, mechanism, teaching and independent freedom, and so on. The aim is to promote the overall improvement of college education quality and the free and sustainable development of college students.
