德育視域下的高校實(shí)踐育人研究

【摘要】:實(shí)踐是人類生存和發(fā)展的基本方式,人們通過實(shí)踐不僅改造了客觀物質(zhì)世界,也使自己的主觀世界得到了改造,從而獲得了新的思想、認(rèn)識(shí)、理論等。大學(xué)生正處于人生的成熟與社會(huì)化加速時(shí)期,加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐,不僅有利于他們獲取知識(shí),更有利于促進(jìn)他們良好的思想道德和人格品質(zhì)等的形成,“向?qū)嵺`學(xué)習(xí)”成為大學(xué)生成長成才的必由之路。但是,當(dāng)前高校實(shí)踐育人存在不足,使得高校實(shí)踐既未發(fā)揮好在幫助大學(xué)生獲取知識(shí)、掌握能力方面的作用,亦未發(fā)揮好實(shí)踐在促進(jìn)大學(xué)生良好品格養(yǎng)成方面的功能。實(shí)踐育人的效果不佳。本文擬從德育的視角,僅就高校實(shí)踐對(duì)大學(xué)生良好品格等方面的形成問題進(jìn)行相關(guān)探討。文章對(duì)實(shí)踐育人的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了闡釋,并運(yùn)用哲學(xué)、教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)以及社會(huì)學(xué)等不同學(xué)科理論多維度揭示實(shí)踐對(duì)人的發(fā)展所具有的積極作用,為探討實(shí)踐育人問題奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)實(shí)踐有利于提升大學(xué)生的思想政治素養(yǎng),有利于提高大學(xué)生的道德修養(yǎng),有利于促進(jìn)大學(xué)生身心健康,有利于加速大學(xué)生的社會(huì)化,有利于培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和品格等實(shí)踐的德育功能進(jìn)行了闡述。文章接著對(duì)當(dāng)前高校實(shí)踐育人的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,指出了其存在的問題,分析了問題產(chǎn)生的根源。最后,,對(duì)做好高校實(shí)踐育人進(jìn)行了對(duì)策思考,提出了目標(biāo)性、系統(tǒng)性、開放性、主體性、理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際等五原則,指出了完善高校育人機(jī)制,調(diào)動(dòng)家庭育人力量,挖掘社會(huì)育人資源等多種途徑實(shí)現(xiàn)高校實(shí)踐育人。
[Abstract]:Practice is the basic way for human beings to survive and develop. Through practice, people not only transform the objective material world, but also transform their subjective world, thus obtaining new ideas, understandings, theories and so on. College students are in the period of life maturity and socialization acceleration. Strengthening practice is not only conducive to their acquisition of knowledge, but also conducive to the formation of their good ideological, moral and personality qualities. Learning from practice has become the only way for college students to grow up and become talents. However, there are some deficiencies in the practice education in colleges and universities at present, which makes the practice not only not play a good role in helping college students to acquire knowledge and master the ability, but also play the role of good practice in promoting the formation of good character of college students. The practice of educating people is not effective. From the perspective of moral education, this paper discusses only the formation of good character of college students in the practice of colleges and universities. This paper explains the connotation of practical education, and reveals the positive effect of practice on human development by using the theories of philosophy, pedagogy, psychology and sociology. It lays a theoretical foundation for discussing the problem of practical education. On this basis, the practice is beneficial to enhance the ideological and political literacy of college students, to improve their moral accomplishment, to promote the physical and mental health of college students, and to accelerate the socialization of college students. This paper expounds the function of moral education which is beneficial to the cultivation of innovative consciousness and character of college students. The article then analyzes the current situation of the practice of educating people in colleges and universities, points out the existing problems and analyzes the root causes of the problems. Finally, the author puts forward five principles, such as goal, systematicness, openness, subjectivity, combining theory with practice, and points out how to perfect the educational mechanism of colleges and universities, and to mobilize the power of family education. Excavate social education resources and other ways to achieve practical education in colleges and universities.
