【摘要】：近年來(lái)，大學(xué)生群體性事件頻頻發(fā)生，幾乎所有的大學(xué)生群體性事件的發(fā)生和發(fā)展都離不開(kāi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的傳播，并都不同程度地掀起了大學(xué)生群體性事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情高潮。群體性事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情，在某種程度上或?qū)⒋耸碌挠绊憯U(kuò)大，如若高校相關(guān)部門或其他相關(guān)部門反應(yīng)不及時(shí)、處理不當(dāng)，未能及時(shí)且有效的掌握、控制其發(fā)展，或?qū)⒂绊懙礁咝；蛏鐣?huì)的正常秩序，甚至有可能從高校群體性事件演變?yōu)楦咝；蛏鐣?huì)群體危機(jī)事件，與社會(huì)和政府發(fā)生沖突。因此，如何有效預(yù)防大學(xué)生群體性事件及其網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情，不僅是當(dāng)前我國(guó)管理科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)和焦點(diǎn)之一，也是網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情分析工作的研究課題之一。 本文探討了大學(xué)生群體性事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情預(yù)警的內(nèi)涵和特征，即內(nèi)容的針對(duì)性、功能的多樣性、技術(shù)的先進(jìn)性及研究的正規(guī)性；深入分析了大學(xué)生群體性事件輿情預(yù)警的作用；為了更好的了解與掌握大學(xué)生群體性事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情預(yù)警，本文對(duì)大學(xué)生群體性事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情預(yù)警的主體與客體進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析。最后針對(duì)預(yù)警的整體性，本文提出構(gòu)建大學(xué)生群體性事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情預(yù)警系統(tǒng)，包括監(jiān)測(cè)子系統(tǒng)、匯集子系統(tǒng)、分析子系統(tǒng)、警報(bào)子系統(tǒng)、預(yù)控子系統(tǒng)等五部分，并對(duì)預(yù)警的運(yùn)行機(jī)制進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析，，包括輿情監(jiān)控運(yùn)行機(jī)制、輿情匯集運(yùn)行機(jī)制、輿情分析運(yùn)行機(jī)制、輿情警報(bào)運(yùn)行機(jī)制、輿情預(yù)控運(yùn)行機(jī)制等五個(gè)機(jī)制。通過(guò)上述研究，本文認(rèn)為為維護(hù)高校良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情環(huán)境和社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定，一個(gè)行之有效的大學(xué)生群體性事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情預(yù)警系統(tǒng)及完善的預(yù)警運(yùn)行機(jī)制是必須建立的，此外加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生群體性事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情預(yù)警管理也是不容忽視的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, group events of college students occur frequently, and almost all the occurrence and development of group incidents of college students can not be separated from the dissemination of network information, and all of them raise the climax of network public opinion of college students' mass incidents to varying degrees. Network public opinion of mass events, to a certain extent or to expand the impact of this matter, if the relevant departments or other related departments in colleges and universities are not timely response, improper handling, not timely and effective grasp, control its development, It may affect the normal order of the university or the society, or even change from the university group event to the university or social group crisis event, and conflict with the society and the government. Therefore, how to effectively prevent college students' mass incidents and their network public opinion is not only one of the hot spots and focal points in the field of management science in China, but also one of the research topics of network public opinion analysis. This paper probes into the connotation and characteristics of network public opinion warning of college students' mass events, that is, the pertinence of contents, the diversity of functions, the advanced nature of technology and the formality of research, and analyzes the function of early warning of public opinion of college students' group events. In order to better understand and master the early warning of network public opinion of college students' group events, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the subject and object of the network public opinion warning of college students' group events. Finally, aiming at the integrity of early warning, this paper puts forward the construction of network public opinion early warning system for college students' mass events, which includes five parts: monitoring subsystem, gathering subsystem, analysis subsystem, alarm subsystem, pre-control subsystem and so on. And the operation mechanism of early warning is analyzed in detail, including five mechanisms: monitoring and running mechanism of public opinion, gathering and running mechanism of public opinion, analyzing running mechanism of public opinion, running mechanism of warning of public opinion and running mechanism of pre-control of public opinion. Through the above research, this paper holds that in order to maintain a good network public opinion environment and social harmony and stability in colleges and universities, an effective network public opinion early warning system for college students' mass incidents and a perfect early warning operation mechanism must be established. In addition, strengthening the network public opinion early-warning management of college students' mass incidents can not be ignored.
