【摘要】：自1999年以來，隨著我國高校招生規(guī)模的不斷擴大，大學生就業(yè)問題成為關系到社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和國家穩(wěn)定、高等教育體制改革的綜合性問題，也成為經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展中迫切需要研究探討并努力加以解決的現(xiàn)實問題。就業(yè)是民生之本，是關系到百姓切身利益的民生問題，而大學生就業(yè)是整個社會就業(yè)的重要組成部分。如果大學生不能夠順利就業(yè)，不但會影響到他們的思想情緒，而且也會影響到國家穩(wěn)定。并且大學生能否就業(yè)在一定程度上也反映了我國高等教育的辦學質量和水平。因此，研究大學生就業(yè)問題的現(xiàn)狀，分析其產(chǎn)生的原因并提出解決問題的對策，是具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文從大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，指出大學生就業(yè)問題不是人才過剩，而是結構性問題，，同時從經(jīng)濟、社會、教育、畢業(yè)生等方面詳細分析了影響大學生就業(yè)的因素。我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平落后影響大學生就業(yè)的正確選擇；就業(yè)市場不完善阻礙了大學生就業(yè)；高校人才培養(yǎng)模式和專業(yè)設置不能滿足社會的需要；大學生就業(yè)能力和就業(yè)觀念難以適應勞動力市場。為此，要解決大學生就業(yè)問題，應從以下幾方面著手：政府應加強宏觀調控，規(guī)范就業(yè)市場，完善就業(yè)政策，大力發(fā)展社會生產(chǎn)力以提供更多的工作崗位；高校應當轉變?nèi)瞬排囵B(yǎng)模式，合理設置專業(yè)，加強大學生就業(yè)指導工作；用人單位要樹立科學的用人觀；大學畢業(yè)生要提高自身綜合素質，改變就業(yè)觀念和擇業(yè)心理以及早就業(yè)。在當前就業(yè)形勢非常嚴峻的情況下，研究探討大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Since 1999, with the continuous expansion of college enrollment, the employment of college students has become a comprehensive problem related to the social and economic development, national stability, and the reform of the higher education system. It has also become an urgent need to study and solve the practical problems in the economic and social development. Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood and the livelihood of the people, and the employment of college students is an important part of the employment of the whole society. If college students can not get a job smoothly, it will not only affect their thoughts and emotions, but also affect the stability of the country. And the employment of college students to a certain extent also reflects the quality and level of higher education in China. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the present situation of college students' employment problems, analyze the causes and put forward countermeasures to solve the problems. Starting from the present employment situation of college graduates, this paper points out that the employment problem of college students is not a surplus of talents, but a structural problem. At the same time, the factors affecting the employment of college students are analyzed in detail from the aspects of economy, society, education, graduates and so on. The backward level of economic development in our country affects the correct choice of employment for college students, the imperfect employment market hinders the employment of college students, the talent training mode and specialty setting in colleges and universities can not meet the needs of the society; It is difficult for college students to adapt to the labor market. Therefore, to solve the employment problem of college students, we should start from the following aspects: the government should strengthen macro-control, standardize the employment market, perfect the employment policy, vigorously develop the social productive forces to provide more jobs; Colleges and universities should change the training mode of talents, set up major reasonably, strengthen the work of employment guidance for college students, set up scientific views on employment by employing units, and improve their comprehensive qualities. Change the concept of employment and career psychology and early employment. Under the severe employment situation, it is of great significance to study the employment of college graduates.
