本科高校公共基礎課程教學質(zhì)量評估研究

【摘要】:教學質(zhì)量是本科高校發(fā)展的生命線。在高等教育正在由大眾化向普及化發(fā)展的重要階段,科學合理的公共基礎課程教學質(zhì)量評估對促進教學質(zhì)量的提高有著舉足輕重的作用。提高公共基礎課程的教學質(zhì)量已經(jīng)越來越受到政府和社會各界的關注。構(gòu)建本科高校公共基礎課程教學質(zhì)量評估制度,對我國本科高校公共基礎課整體教學水平的提升起到推動作用,同時對教育教學質(zhì)量的提高也有重要意義。 本論文以教育評價理論與全面質(zhì)量管理理論為指導,對黑龍江省普通本科高校公共基礎課中高等數(shù)學、大學英語等課程的評估工作進行詳細闡述,通過對公共基礎課程教學質(zhì)量評估的成效進行研究發(fā)現(xiàn)以政府為主導的分層分類評估已初步形成。同時,利用詳實的資料對本科高校公共基礎課程教學質(zhì)量評估進行深刻分析,找出目前評估所存在的一系列問題,借鑒國外評估先進經(jīng)驗并立足于我國實際情況,提出了解決我國本科高校公共基礎課程教學質(zhì)量評估所存在問題的對策,進一步提高公共基礎課的教學質(zhì)量。 本研究期望通過對本科高校公共基礎課程教學質(zhì)量評估的研究,針對評估所存在的問題提出一些建設性的意見與對策,充分體現(xiàn)政府、學校、社會三者在評估中的作用,進一步完善三方在評估中的職能,促進本科高校公共基礎課程教學質(zhì)量評估工作的發(fā)展與進步。
[Abstract]:Teaching quality is the lifeline of the development of undergraduate colleges and universities. In the important stage of the development of higher education from popularization to popularization, scientific and reasonable evaluation of teaching quality of public basic courses plays an important role in promoting the improvement of teaching quality. Improving the teaching quality of public basic courses has been paid more and more attention by the government and all walks of life. The construction of the evaluation system of the teaching quality of the public basic courses in undergraduate colleges and universities will promote the improvement of the overall teaching level of the public basic courses in our universities, and at the same time, it will also play an important role in the improvement of the quality of education and teaching. Under the guidance of educational evaluation theory and total quality management theory, this paper expounds in detail the evaluation work of higher mathematics and college English in the public basic courses of ordinary undergraduate universities in Heilongjiang Province. Through the research on the effectiveness of teaching quality evaluation of public basic courses, it is found that the hierarchical classification assessment led by the government has taken shape. At the same time, this paper makes a profound analysis of the teaching quality evaluation of the public basic courses in undergraduate colleges and universities, finds out a series of problems existing in the assessment, and draws lessons from the advanced experience of foreign countries and bases itself on the actual situation of our country. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the evaluation of the teaching quality of the public basic courses in colleges and universities in China, and to further improve the teaching quality of the public basic courses. Through the research on the teaching quality evaluation of the public basic courses in undergraduate colleges and universities, this study aims at putting forward some constructive suggestions and countermeasures in view of the problems existing in the evaluation, so as to fully reflect the role of the government, the school and the society in the evaluation. Further improve the function of the three parties in the evaluation to promote the development and progress of teaching quality evaluation of public basic courses in undergraduate colleges and universities.
