論當(dāng)代高校輔導(dǎo)員非權(quán)力性影響力的形成機(jī)制與作用發(fā)揮途徑

【摘要】:大學(xué)階段是大學(xué)生政治思想、道德素質(zhì)發(fā)展并確立的重要時(shí)期,他們養(yǎng)成什么樣的政治觀念和道德素質(zhì),關(guān)系到我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化事業(yè)的成敗,關(guān)系到能否實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大復(fù)興。高校輔導(dǎo)員作為大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作最直接的承載者,是大學(xué)生思想政治教育的骨干力量,肩負(fù)著培養(yǎng)、引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)、成才的重要使命。高校輔導(dǎo)員僅僅依靠其職務(wù)、地位等權(quán)力性影響力開展工作是不夠的,要想做好大學(xué)生思想政治工作,增強(qiáng)思想政治教育的效果,就必須加強(qiáng)其非權(quán)力性影響力的發(fā)揮。目前,學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員非權(quán)力性影響力已有研究,但現(xiàn)有研究大多集中在非權(quán)力性影響力的概念、作用、要求等表層的方面,從形成機(jī)制和作用發(fā)揮的角度進(jìn)行研究相對(duì)較少,缺乏研究的深度,本文正是在這樣的基礎(chǔ)上提出了這一選題。 本文圍繞高校輔導(dǎo)員非權(quán)力性影響力的形成機(jī)制及作用發(fā)揮途徑進(jìn)行了較為深入地研究,首先,對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員非權(quán)力性影響力的內(nèi)涵、確立依據(jù)及內(nèi)在要素進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究。在厘清高校輔導(dǎo)員非權(quán)力性影響力內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了關(guān)于高校輔導(dǎo)員非權(quán)力性影響力確立的理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),了解到這種影響力主要源于輔導(dǎo)員的自身因素,包括堅(jiān)定正確的政治思想和立場(chǎng)、良好的思想道德素質(zhì)、合理的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)和科學(xué)的思維方式、健全的人格和積極的情感、踏實(shí)端正的工作作風(fēng)。高校輔導(dǎo)員非權(quán)力性影響力的結(jié)構(gòu)要素構(gòu)成了輔導(dǎo)員非權(quán)力性影響力的核心內(nèi)容,這些非權(quán)力性影響力的結(jié)構(gòu)要素不是輔導(dǎo)員天生具有的,而是經(jīng)過后天的培養(yǎng)、教化、鍛煉形成的,并在形成之后發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有的作用。然后,集中展開了高校輔導(dǎo)員非權(quán)力性影響力的形成機(jī)制和應(yīng)然作用的研究。認(rèn)為高校輔導(dǎo)員非權(quán)力性影響力的形成機(jī)制主要有:素質(zhì)選拔機(jī)制、目標(biāo)引導(dǎo)機(jī)制、培養(yǎng)提高機(jī)制和自我修養(yǎng)機(jī)制。高校輔導(dǎo)員形成機(jī)制的運(yùn)作使輔導(dǎo)員能夠得到較好的非權(quán)力性影響力的提高和發(fā)展,輔導(dǎo)員非權(quán)力性影響力的提高和發(fā)展能產(chǎn)生出它應(yīng)有的教育影響作用,主要包括:教育示范的榜樣作用、人格感染的認(rèn)同作用、人際關(guān)系的親和作用、潛移默化的持久作用。最后,提出高校輔導(dǎo)員非權(quán)力性影響力發(fā)揮的途徑。高校輔導(dǎo)員非權(quán)力影響力在形成機(jī)制的作用下,生成、發(fā)展并轉(zhuǎn)化出來的教育作用是一種應(yīng)然的、理論上的存在狀態(tài),能否在教育實(shí)踐中發(fā)揮出來,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樘岣叽髮W(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)際效果的現(xiàn)實(shí)教育力量,還需要著力研究將輔導(dǎo)員潛在的非權(quán)力性影響力作用在現(xiàn)實(shí)的教育工作中展現(xiàn)和發(fā)揮出來。因此,要增強(qiáng)高校輔導(dǎo)員發(fā)揮非權(quán)力性影響力的自覺意識(shí)、激勵(lì)輔導(dǎo)員將非權(quán)力性影響力貫穿于工作全程以及密切輔導(dǎo)員與大學(xué)生的非正式人際溝通和交往。 本文通過對(duì)以上內(nèi)容的研究,較為全面的探討了大學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員非權(quán)力性影響力形成機(jī)制和應(yīng)然作用,尤其是探討了結(jié)合自身的工作實(shí)際將其落實(shí)到具體的教育活動(dòng)之中,使其轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實(shí)的思想政治教育力量的具體途徑,希望能對(duì)有效提高輔導(dǎo)員培養(yǎng)工作質(zhì)量,擴(kuò)大輔導(dǎo)員在大學(xué)生思想政治工作中的影響力,產(chǎn)生積極的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:The university stage is an important period for the development and establishment of the political and moral qualities of the college students. What kind of political ideas and moral qualities they develop are related to the success or failure of our country's modernization cause and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It is the key force of Ideological and political education for college students to shoulder the important mission of cultivating and guiding the growth of college students. It is not enough to carry out the work of college counselors only by their power influence, such as their position and status. To do a good job of Ideological and political work and enhance the effect of Ideological and political education, it is necessary to strengthen their non power. At present, the academic circle has already studied the non power influence of the counselor, but most of the existing research focuses on the surface aspects of the concept, function and requirement of non power influence, which is relatively less and lack of research depth from the angle of formation mechanism and function. This article is put forward on this basis. This is the topic.
This paper makes a more in-depth study on the formation mechanism of non power influence of college counselors and the way to play its role. First, the connotation of non power influence of college counselors, the establishment of basis and internal factors are systematically studied. On the basis of clarifying the connotation of the non power influence of College Counselors, the paper analyzes the high level of the high school counselor's non power influence. The theoretical basis and realistic basis for the establishment of the non power influence of the school counselor is that this influence mainly originates from the self factors of the counselor, including the firm and correct political thought and position, the good ideological and moral quality, the rational knowledge structure and the scientific thinking mode, the sound personality and the positive emotion, and the positive and correct attitude. The structural elements of the non power influence of the college counselors constitute the core content of the non power influence of the counselors. The structural elements of these non power influences are not born by the instructors but are formed after the nurturing, teaching, and exercise after the day after the formation, and then playing their due role. The formation mechanism of the non power influence of college counselors is carried out and the study is made. It is believed that the formation mechanism of non power influence of college counselors mainly include the quality selection mechanism, the target guiding mechanism, the training mechanism and the self-cultivation mechanism. The operation of College Counselors' formation mechanism makes the counselors better. The improvement and development of non power influence, the improvement and development of the non power influence of the counselor can produce its due educational influence, including the role model of the demonstration, the identity of personality infection, the affinity of interpersonal relationship, and the imperceptible and lasting effect. Finally, the non power of college counselors is put forward. The existence of the theory, whether it can play out in the practice of education, and change to the practical education force of improving the actual effect of the ideological and political education of college students, is also necessary. The study focuses on the potential non power influence of the counselors in the practical education work. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the consciousness of the college counselors to play the non power influence, and encourage the instructors to run through the non power influence in the whole work and the informal interpersonal gap between the instructors and the College students. Communication and communication.
Through the study of the above content, this paper makes a comprehensive discussion of the formation mechanism and the function of the non power influence of the college student counselor, especially the concrete way to transform it into a realistic ideological and political education force, and hope to be effective. Improving the quality of counselors' training and expanding the influence of counselors in the ideological and political work of college students will play a positive role in promoting them.
